1. HLC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for further corrective measures; answering the questions she has submitted, as I ask them:
2. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [308].
3. As we find, there still continues to be disturbances in the coordinating of the activities of the organs of elimination, as related to the Periods as well as the pressures and reflexes upon the nervous system at such times.
4. These as we find should respond better if there were taken those adjustments osteopathically as we have indicated, with special reference to conditions which exist in the lumbar and sacral area, and in the 8th and 9th dorsal center. [See 308-4.]
5. Also it would be well to take, just before the time for the Periods, the sitz baths.
6. And take also the Tonicine, in the manner as has been indicated.
7. These as we find should bring the bettered conditions for the body.
8. The adjustments should be rather specific in the areas indicated, as well as coordinating the vagus center AND the 1st and 2nd cervical WITH the adjustments made in the lumbar, sacral, and 8th and 9th dorsal.
9. Ready for questions.
10. (Q) What causes the fainting spells, and what will correct the condition? (A) A lack of coordination through those areas and centers indicated, and pressures upon the pineal nerve forces; also the inability of the impulses of those areas to coordinate with the reaction from the areas in the lower portion of the medulla oblongata. Do those things as we have indicated.

11. (Q) What causes, and what should be done for, shortness of breath? (A) Remove those pressures in the dorsal area, that there may be the ability of the better filling of the lungs with the air. Then take the regular breathing exercises morning, and evening just before retiring; morning upon arising and evening before retiring - before an open window. Rising on the toes, dilate the nostrils as well as the lungs during such exercise.
12. (Q) Do the headaches come from eyestrain? (A) Rather they come from those pressures as we have indicated.
13. (Q) Do I need glasses? (A) Not necessary, if the adjustments are made in the proper way and manner.
14. (Q) Is climbing the stairs at Maury High School detrimental to my health? (A) Not if the adjustments are made - and take it easy, - not race up and down steps.
15. (Q) Why do shoulders hurt when I try to hold myself erect? (A) Just as indicated - the tensions in those areas along the cerebrospinal system.
16. (Q) Which osteopath in Norfolk would you recommend, and how often should these treatments be given? (A) As has been indicated, anyone that will work in sympathy with the adjustments and conditions indicated; and he will find them if he will MAKE the examinations in the manner indicated! Three to ten, and these should be sufficiently far apart to allow adjustments - or to allow reactions of the body to the corrections. These should be thoroughly made, and sufficiently close together - yet far enough apart for the reactions, though sufficiently close to keep the adjustments in the proper directions.
17. (Q) Any other suggestion for the body at this time? (A) Be mindful of taking cold, especially of getting cold or damp feet close to the Periods, as indicated.
18. We are through for the present. Copy to Self " " Ass'n file (Extra copy [which was enclosed] for Osteopath, also directions for taking Sitz bath.)
