Time of Reading 10:30 to 10:40 A. M. Eastern War Time. ..., Va.

1. GC: You will give the physical condition of the this body at the present time, with suggestions for further corrective measures; answering the questions, as I ask them:

2. EC: Yes, we find there are real improvements in the general physical forces of the body; while there has not been the full correction. And it may be necessary at times to take more of the Tonicine, at or before the Periods, depending upon the reactions in the body.

3. We would, though, through the osteopathic adjustments, have those corrections made especially in the areas of the lumbar and through the lower portion of the lumbar axis; as well as coordinating the upper dorsal and cervical areas with same.

4. These should keep, or bring, the better conditions for this body.

5. Take plenty of exercise - walking, riding; these are the preferable characters.

6. Do not strain the body, get cold or be in water during the Periods.

7. Ready for questions.

8. (Q) Have conditions improved as related to eliminating channels and functioning of organs in relation to glandular system? (A) As indicated, they have improved. But those coordinations are necessary in the lumbar, and the coordination of the dorsal and cervical areas with such corrections; also that the Tonicine be taken when necessary.

9. (Q) Any more Atomidine needed? (A) Not in the present, and especially if there is the remaining near the seashore in most of its physical activity.

10. (Q) Please give best treatment for my hair. (A) Any good shampoo, especially Drene, with a little white vaseline massaged into the scalp after such dressing is used.

11. (Q) Should I have cooked and raw onions in my diet now? (A) If that is desired, it may be taken nominally, now.

12. (Q) Could Dr. Aillaud (pronounced I-O) of Charlottesville correct these conditions? [Andre Aillaud, D.O.] (A) If he will do as indicated; if he would desire to!

13. (Q) Is there any relief from pressures in the 7th and 8th dorsal, and from the ganglia leading to the larynx? [See 308-7.] (A) As indicated, these are better; but there needs to be some corrections and coordinations with the corrections made in the lower portion of the back, in the upper dorsal and through the cervical area.

14. (Q) As I couldn't get in at William and Mary at Williamsburg, as it was already filled, I enrolled at the Norfolk Extension for this year. Any suggestions or comments? (A) This will be very well, if you will work towards those suggestions as we have indicated. [See Life Rdg. 308-3.]

15. (Q) Should I continue to make my home at Willoughby with my aunt through this winter? (A) If that is so desired, and is in keeping with the best interests, be very well. These should be chosen by the entity itself.

16. (Q) Any other suggestions? (A) Keep that mental attitude that is of a corrective and creative nature for the whole of the activities of body.

17. We are through for the present. Copy to Self " " Ass'n file (Extra sheet of directions was enclosed for Osteopath.)
