1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, and those conditions and those problems as confront this body.
2. In the physical forces of the body there are MANY conditions not so good as they should be. The easily tiring out, and the worriments that the body has, the attempt to suppress many of the emotions - these are having their effect upon the body-physical.
3. In the applications for the various disorders as are troubling in the present, without those vibrations as have been given [the Radium Pad, in 310-3], WE would use those - then - of the RADIO-Active Appliance. Use same when the body rests during the day, and take the time for the rest. The REGULAR appliance. Of evenings when the body retires, we would also apply same. These will equalize the various stresses as are apparent in the system, and make the rest MORE refreshing.
4. We would find, too, that with the use of THIS as a stimuli in the system, would be well - this prepared in this manner:
5. To 4 ounces of simple syrup, add: Tincture of Valerian..................1/2 ounce, Tincture of Stillingia.................40 minims, Elixir Calisaya.......................1/2 ounce, 10% solution Bromide of Potassium......40 minims, 10% solution Iodide of Potassium.......10 minims, Tincture of Capsici.....................3 minims. Shake solution together (though it mixes well) before taking, and the dose would be half a teaspoonful at least three times each day, and upon retiring.
6. In the matter of the manipulations, were those of the neuropathic or osteopathic given, these would STRENGTHEN the body much.
7. As to those problems as confront the body, as to those of
310-4 Page 2
the RESPONSIBILITIES as would be placed, or the demands - in a manner - upon the body, the home ties - these, as we find, are NECESSARILY, from the conditions of things, a WORRYING - an ABSORBING worrying to the body. These, as we find, while they are of the nature that CANNOT be HELPED, by the PHYSICAL conditions, then trust - then - in the hands OF Him who doeth all things well. Take, then, to Him - leave them WITH Him, and meet each as the BEST that can be done within self.
8. In the relationships as about the home, well that - for the present, and under the present environs and circumstances - this be maintained in the present surroundings. As to the manners in which others may come to join the groups there, make in that manner as is capable in thine own experience - the appeal for those already IN the house to bring OTHERS that would make for a congeniality that is HELPFUL, wholesome, and well for ALL concerned, and for the betterment of circumstances and conditions for self.
9. As to the calls upon self in those of financial aid to others, in a GENERAL manner - as we find - would be the most helpful; for there has not - as YET - been that wholehearted determination to set self in a one-angled manner by that one seeking and needing aid in this direction.
10. As we find also, in the preparations for the duties in the executive, or in the field of labors as secretarial jobs or positions, these will - from time to time - present themselves in a manner that WILL be sustaining in its activities for the body, but DO NOT WORRY that these do not hasten. There will be, as we find, an opening in that same department as the body HAS aided in, as well as in an ASSOCIATE connection with same. These, with the general outline - as the body keeps in touch with those situations in the religious field, religious endeavors, will keep sufficient practice - or sufficient development in the field - for the body to be WELL prepared.
11. As we find, also, it would be well would the body offer self as an associate to one desiring service, as one in a travelled position, or as a private secretary in such associate - as companion - THESE would LATER open other fields that will make for a satisfaction to the body.
12. As to those fields in the living memorium for those that WOULD live in the hearts of those whom he served, well that this be established as an affiliation of some service in the church he served, as an aid TO one seeking to minister as HE, in ANY field that may be chosen by the body.
13. Keep thine self in a more sereneness as respecting those outside activities that DO bring their worriment. Keep the

heart singing ALL the while.
14. Ready for questions.
15. (Q) How long a period at a time should the battery be applied in the afternoon and evening? (A) Of afternoon - there will be various periods, sometimes fifteen to twenty minutes, OTHERS the body may rest at least thirty to forty minutes. NEVER should the body allow the period without fifteen to twenty minutes rest in the afternoon. Of evening, from hour to two hours will not be too long. Make the attachments PRINCIPALLY (though we will alter same), first to the left ankle and the right wrist, then to the left wrist (that is, making attachments in that order, see?) and to the right ankle, then again to the RIGHT wrist and the left ankle. Circle the body in this manner.
16. (Q) Should this be changed each day, or day by day? (A) Day by day.
17. (Q) What is the cause, and what will relieve the condition existing in right hand? (A) This from the poor eliminations. Hence those nerve depressions as come. This, we will find, will be relieved by the use of these properties as given - see?
18. (Q) Is there cause for distress as to my father's condition? (A) This is, as has been given, that that may not be changed must be endured. PLACE THESE worries in HIS hand.
