1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [313]; this we have had before.

2. Now, as we find, there are some reversals in the better order of the functioning of the organs in the body. These, as we find, have been produced by the strains upon the system, that have tended to make for accumulations - where tissue was already involved - such as to bring about a reverting to old conditions; that had been dormant, as it were, through the manner in which the body had conducted itself.

3. In the present, then, we would use the Atomidine douche every day for a week, and then every other day for a few days or a week, and then according to the needs of the conditions to prevent discharge, the heaviness in the lumbar and throughout the pelvic area, those tendencies for the tiredness in the body. And these conditions should disappear.

4. We would preferably use a Fountain Douche; two teaspoonsful of the Atomidine stirred well into the two quarts of tepid water before it is put into the Fountain Syringe. Do not give too much at once, but HOLD the water for a few seconds or a minute before allowing same to be discharged, see? This should be done two, three, four times during the taking of each douche treatment. Preferably give such a douche just before retiring.

5. For the heaviness in the small of the back, we would give a gentle massage; which may be done by one associated with the body; GENTLY, in a rotary motion. Not making any adjustments; just a gentle rotary movement from the upper portion of the cervical to the end of the spine, and ESPECIALLY from the MIDDLE of the back down to and across the hips and through the lumbar and sacral area.

6. It would be well at times also, as the body rests during the day, to bathe the body across the hips with a weak solution of Atomidine; and then to apply hot salt packs to

same. Not so hot as to burn the body, but as to THOROUGHLY relax same. Or it may be done in this manner:

7. Put the salt in a bag and heat it; heat it in the bag, or let it be rather as a pad. Then while it is warm, sprinkle a little of Atomidine full strength OVER this pack. Then apply to the body.

8. While resting in this manner it would be well for the feet to be elevated a little bit above the head, you see; that the circulation - as stimulated each day or so by the gentle massage, with the effect of the properties to alleviate the conditions in the pelvic organs - may be equalized.

9. As to the matter of the diet, we find that those things which have been indicated would be well to keep as a portion of the diet.

10. This stimulation will, as we find, materially aid the circulation, quieting the nerves; as would the packs.

11. And the use of the electrically driven vibrator occasionally across the neck and head will relieve those tendencies for the headaches, the irritability that arises at times, and make the general conditions much better.

14. (Q) Is there any infection that by any chance could be or could develop into cancer? (A) This should not, unless by irritation or by injury, develop into anything of the nature.

15. (Q) Does the discharge originate in the uterus or ovaries? (A) In the uterus.

16. (Q) Does low stomach cause any of this trouble? (A) This tends to make for a contributory cause. A band about the body when it is on its feet, as we have indicated, would be helpful in this direction.

17. (Q) Is there any kind of exercise that is aggravating this condition? (A) Only when there is lifting, or too GREAT an activity on the feet. But this ALL should disappear within a few weeks, or a month - if those things are followed as suggested.

18. (Q) Is the amount of exercise that goes with dancing doing me harm? (A) This at times is very well, provided NOT too GREAT a length of time is indulged in. This is a very good exercise. It will be better, though, when conditions are removed.

19. (Q) Is there anything wrong with my eyes? (A) As indicated; none save those general conditions, other than what has been the natural reaction. And these may be

aided with those suggestions given.

20. (Q) Any further advice for my welfare at this time? (A) If these suggestions are adhered to, as we find, they will make for the bettered conditions for this body. Do that.
