1. EC: Yes.
2. Now as we find, conditions have become more acute since last we had same - while in the present there are some improvements - owing to the discharges from conditions that have been localized.
3. While the manipulative forces have been too severely given, these HAVE as we find proved most helpful under the existent conditions.
4. As we find, since last we had same there has developed greater inflammation in the left ovary and that tube.
5. While those activities may be eliminated without operative forces, if there are again the ACUTE conditions arising - with temperature - then it would be necessary for operative forces to prevent this from producing infection in the areas about the capsule that holds the intestines as well as the lower portion of the abdomen; to prevent peritonitis or such reaction. But unless these disturbances arise again, these measures would not be necessary.
6. But for the immediate use we would paint those areas where there is distress with a combination of three parts Laudanum to one part Aconite. Then apply saturated solution of Epsom Salts in packs; using very heavy toweling. Change when they have grown cold, unless the pain has subsided.
7. As soon as it is practical, or there is little or no flow, we would use the douches of the Atomidine. These we find preferable to the other characters that have been used, and with less trouble or with less inclination for producing a sediment upon delicate tissue of the pelvic organs.
8. Ready for questions.
9. (Q) Do you think she needs any kind of nerve medicine? (A) The combination of the bromides would be much preferable to any narcotics. These are sedatives, to be sure, but are nerve compounds; those properties of the nature of three, you see - Bromidia; preferably given under the direction, though, of a physician.

10. (Q) What will break up her sleepless condition? (A) As has just been indicated; relieve the pain, use the bromides, and she should rest.
11. (Q) Soreness continues in abdomen from doctor's treatment? (A) As has been indicated, use those things. If there is an acute condition, DO have the operation before any infections would arise. DO NOT attempt to treat with radium or the high vibrations - as X-Ray.
