Time of Reading 3:40 to 3:55 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Alabama.

1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for further corrective measures; answering the questions which may be submitted, as I ask them:

2. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [313].

3. Now as we find, many conditions are improved from those as we have last had here; though there is an upsetting - or has been an upsetting - through too great an amount of oil or fats for the activities through the digestive system.

4. This has tended to upset the activity of the gall duct and the liver.

5. And as we find for this specific condition, we would take Zilatone; one tablet taken about thirty minutes after the noon meal, with a full glass of water; two tablets taken after the evening meal with two full glasses of water.

6. Rest for the next day; and then repeat again. This should tone or tune the system, as it were, and drain the gall duct; and eliminate those inclinations for the congestion which arises in the system by the attempt of the activity of the lymph circulation to cut off - or to cause congestion.

7. This should also eliminate the tendencies for the irritation in the superficial circulation [nettlerash?], by the eliminating of poisons from the body.

8. We would continue occasionally with the Douches; especially just before and after the Periods; using the Atomidine in same - about a teaspoonful to the quart of water. Have the Douche at least body-temperature.

9. Then with the rest of the precautions that have been indicated, we should find better conditions for this body.

10. Ready for questions.

11. (Q) What is wrong with digestive tract? (A) As just indicated.

12. (Q) What diet should be used? (A) A very well balanced diet, but with the inclination towards the alkalin-reaction; though not overdoing same.

313-17 Page 2

Especially fried foods should be eliminated as much as practical.

13. (Q) Should she use milk in her diet? (A) Malted or Dried Milk would be preferable to the Raw Milk; though this may be used at times.

14. (Q) Why is pulse so rapid at times? (A) As just indicated, this is the effect of the disturbance through the upper hepatic circulation; which causes a quick return or flow as it were of the circulatory forces from the heart to the liver; quickening the pulse as well as the nerve tension in the periods that are preceding the menopause.

15. (Q) Is this why the menstrual period is irregular? (A) This is a portion of the disturbance.

16. (Q) What is trouble in left ovary? (A) The inclination for the poisons, or a sympathetic effect from the poisons from the system. Hence, as indicated, the necessity of cleansing first the alimentary canal and stimulating more normalcy in the hepatic circulation, as well as using the douches to purify the conditions through the pelvic organs and their activities. This should aid a great deal. Of course, the use of the electrically driven vibrator over the body of evenings would be especially helpful in equalizing and causing a better circulatory force; especially using the sponge applicator across the abdomen and pelvis, and even across the lower portion of the lumbar area.

17. (Q) Should Codiron be continued and for how long? (A) This we would continue, especially through the winter and early spring.

18. (Q) Should violet ray be continued - and how? (A) This may be used occasionally, and especially to quiet the nerves; through the shoulders and neck and head, across the diaphragm area and through the spine and limbs.

19. (Q) Is water she uses now better for her than city water? (A) It is better than city water.

20. (Q) What kind of exercise should she take? (A) Not too strenuous; walking, and if desired a bit of a setting-up exercise would be very well.

21. (Q) What about continued soreness in right arm? (A) This as we find is a neuritic reaction from poison accumulation; and will be materially aided by the eliminating of the poisons through alimentary canal.

22. (Q) Anything further that can benefit digestion?

313-17 Page 3

(A) These as we find will be the aids. If it is necessary, or if there is the heartburn or the inclination for belching after meals, take the Alcaroid as a digestant; level teaspoonful dissolved first in a little water, then a full glass of water added.
