Time of Reading 3:50 to 4:10 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., N.Y.

1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for further corrective measures; answering the questions he has submitted, as I ask them:

2. EC: Yes, we have the body, [315]; this we have had before.

3. As we find, there were not full corrections made, nor the adherence to some of those suggestions previously given.

4. And while the condition is not materially serious, there continues to be a disturbance in the body; as we find in the present arising from specific conditions, producing varied disturbances in the functioning of the system.

5. These are somewhat different yet may grow to be greater disturbances unless there is sufficient precaution taken to have the conditions removed.

6. As we find, there are two very definite subluxations or pressures produced in the cerebrospinal system; in the lumbar axis and in the 3rd and 4th dorsal. The effect to the body is an upsetting of the general equilibrium of the system; that tired, achey feeling oft, and especially if there is any great change in the atmospheric pressures around the body.

7. Again we find the very poor circulation to the extremities, as from both of these centers to the lower limbs and feet and to the arms and hands; producing a tendency for these to at times suddenly change, with some little swelling, but the greater portion of the time cold, clammy; those inclinations for the increasing of the acidity in the system from the lack of the proper eliminations through alimentary canal, owing to the lack of the proper exercising of those portions of the system to carry on the activities through same.

8. All of these as we find become now the greater trouble. These of course, through the congestion and cold and a little temperature at times, tend to make for the very

315-5 Page 2

severe headaches that arise - not only from the upsetting of the stomach from the lumbar plexus but the incoordination of the digestive forces with same.

9. Then if we would have the corrections osteopathically in the lumbar and sacral area, coordinating those areas through the dorsal and the cervical, we would relieve these tensions in the activities and produce a better equilibrium through the whole of the circulatory system.

10. We would stimulate the upper dorsal and portions of the cervical to produce better eliminations, or setting up drainages.

11. Some ten or twelve such adjustments or treatments should be sufficient.

12. Rather than taking cathartics, we would use such as Psyllium Seed and Rhubarb as a part of the diet of the body occasionally; once or twice a week. The Rhubarb may be taken at this period especially as a sauce or the like. The Psyllium preferably would be taken with the morning meal. This is to produce weight and to aid in stimulating the activity through the eliminations of the body wastes.

13. Doing these, we find we will not only bring the removal of the causes of these disturbances but aid in bringing near to normalcy and prevent a great many more disturbances later - unless these are adhered to.

14. Ready for questions.

15. (Q) If possible, please tell me how I can pick up the threads of my previous sojourns, to seek the lessons taught then? If such records are available, how may I obtain same? [See Life Rdg. 315-4 on 6/18/34.] (A) Study first to show thyself approved unto thy ideals, as may be set in Him; knowing it is His promise to thee - and to each soul that comes in a unison or unified activity with the purposes presented by Him - that there will be brought to thy remembrance those things necessary, or those things that ye apply day by day. First begin by sowing, then, the seeds of the fruit of the spirit; as in patience and longsuffering, the lack of hate; showing brotherly love, the lack of animosity and the lack of intolerance. Rather show tolerance and lovingkindness, and patience above all. And in these we will find there may be given thee more and more that which is necessary. It is as one uses and applies the knowledge already within self that more can and will be given. Tempt not the spirit in self, nor do that for which thy

conscience would condemn thee. Rather, as has been pointed out - first in the admonition indicated by Moses - it is not who shall descend from heaven nor who shall come from over the seas to bring thee a message, that thou mightest understand; for lo, it is within thine own self! For indeed as thy body is the temple of the living God, there He has promised to meet thee. And thy faculties, thy abilities, thy mental self, thy desires, thy hates and thy loves are all a part of thee; but ye nourish them, ye feed them by the manner of thought. And it is within thine own temple, thine own tabernacle that He has promised to meet thee. Just as He has given, who is the Way, in the 13th, 14th, 15th, 16th, chapters of John, "If ye will but abide with me -" This means living it, not professing only; not just making it something that is spectacular, but LIVING IT! For only that which ye give away, only that which ye LIVE THINE OWN SELF, is thine! EXPERIENCE these by and in the manner of dealing with thy fellow man! If ye would have friends, show thyself a friend. Not merely to those who may in return be friendly to thee, but rather to those who are without friend. Have a cheery smile for EVERYONE! Condemn NO ONE! even as He! Let it ever be, "The Lord rebuke thee," not thine self - not THY saying who is this or that! For it is thine own skirts, thine own temple that must not be filled with the wanton things that He was called upon within Himself to cast out. Rather as He gave to those who were condemned to others, "I do not condemn thee - sin no more." In Him is the light and the truth, and there is that way and manner in which ye may approach Him. OPEN the door of thine heart and thy consciousness to the good that thou may render to others. Not as for that glory that may be thine, but to the glory of Him.
