Time of Reading 3:30 to 3:50 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Alabama. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [319] and those conditions physical that disturb the body.

2. As we find, these have been of long duration; or there is the lack of elements or of solvents in the system, which has allowed the accumulations of poisons that are not those found ordinarily from toxic forces or toxic influences - but rather from the lack of elements in the system, that allowed these accumulations which should have been eliminated from the system.

3. This, then, may be termed a glandular infection; or has reached those proportions in the present where glands have not functioned properly, some UNDER functioning and some OVER functioning, until we find in the extremeties of the body - or especially in the joints in extremities - these accumulations have reached the proportions where the distresses are such as to cause excruciating pain at times, if an overactive movement is attempted.

4. In the beginnings these, as we find, came from an overactivity in the thyroids. With the change that came in the activities of the ducts AND glands in the adrenal system, or through the activity of the kidneys themselves, and the organs of the pelvis, there began to be brought - in the activity of the ducts and glands about the digestion - the lymph creating forces.

5. Hence these made for the beginning of the stiffening of these portions that are affected.

6. In meeting these, while they affect - to be sure - those portions of the circulation, and the nerve system becomes involved in same, they are rather so subtle in their activity that these portions experience only occasional reactions. Yet glandular oppression, or depression, is made over the general system.

7. Then, in meeting these, all of the conditions that have

319-1 Page 2

been created must be considered, as well as that which will meet the NEEDS of the condition - in not only checking but eradicating the condition, and adding to the system in such a way and manner as to create the proper BALANCE in the system, when these conditions are eradicated.

8. The condition being, then, of a subtle nature, it must be met in a way and manner that will make for both eliminations and such stimulations as to create the excess necessary for eradication, and for the replenishing of the system to meet the conditions.

9. Hence, it will require patience, persistence - and a lot of both of 'em!

10. Do not let up because the body begins to improve, because the condition is allayed, because it is aided or helped, or because there is produced at times the apparent swelling and the arising of inflammation - for this (which we find will at times be experienced, in making the applications, but may be eliminated from the system) will only be the attempt of the system to adjust itself throughout to the changes that must be brought for CORRECTING the conditions in this body, [319] we are speaking of:

11. First we would begin, then, as with this:

12. For periods of a week at the time we would take those properties of Atomidine. Begin the first day with three drops twice each day; the next day take four drops twice each day; increasing one drop each day THROUGHOUT the six days - see? Then rest for three days.

13. At the end of the period (that is, not the end of the rest period but at the end of the Atomidine period - at the end of the day when the atomidine is stopped), take at least a twenty to fifty minute bath in Epsom Salts. In twenty to thirty gallons of water, for the immersing of the body, put at least four to five pounds of Epsom Salts. Have the water just as hot as the body may stand. Rest in this until the water has gotten too cold, or too tepid, to be comfortable.

14. When this is taken, rinse the body - of course, and then have a thorough rubdown with crash towels, very briskly, along the cerebrospinal system, and ESPECIALLY along the extremities; from the shoulders to the tips of fingers; from the thighs to the end of the toes, see? very briskly.

15. Following same we would apply oils combined in this manner, ESPECIALLY on the portions of the hands, feet and knees where pain has disturbed and does disturb the body - or where the stiffness has begun to show. This compound should be rubbed not so as to produce irritation; for while it is a superficial activity it will strike through to the

319-1 Page 3

bone and marrow, provided the properties are put together in this way and manner:

16. To 1 ounce of Oil of Pine Needles, add: (Pinus cembra) [?] Oil of Nut Cedar, or Cedar Oil (not the wood but the nut oil of Cedar)............1/2 ounce, (cardamom) [?] Cadmond Oil [?].......1/2 ounce. Stir these together thoroughly. Then add SLOWLY to these 1 quart of gasoline, added very slowly - stirring very thoroughly.

17. When ready to use, pour a small quantity of this solution in a saucer. Dipping the tips of fingers in same, massage those portions of the body thoroughly - see?

18. After the three days of rest from taking the Atomidine and bath, begin with Chloride of Gold and Bromide of Soda; 15 grains Chloride of Gold in 15 ounces distilled water as one solution, and 15 grains Bromide of Soda in 10 ounces distilled water as the second solution.

19. When beginning to take, take one drop of the Chloride of Gold (this in half a glass of water) solution and two drops of the Soda solution. See? The next day take two drops of the Gold solution and four drops of the Soda solution. Increase in this manner until five days have passed.

20. Then rest for TWO days (from taking this, you see).

21. Then begin with the Atomidine solution; at the end of the period taking the bath again and the rub.

22. If there does not occur too great an irritation from the massage of the oils on the irritated portions, or the stiff portions, this may be used at the end of the Gold period also. Do not - in the beginning - take the bath before this rub, see?

23. In the matter of the diet, be mindful that the body abstains from those things making too great a quantity of iron, silicon or SALT in the system - see?

24. A well-BALANCED diet, especially of fruits, raw vegetables, cooked vegetables, and a very medium quantity of meats (though do not belittle self too much in this) - though only those of lamb, chicken, fowl, or of that nature. However, the active forces of any animal - as brains, liver, or the like - may be taken often, in the place of meats.

25. This should also require that sufficient quantity of water ALWAYS be taken; at least six to eight glasses each day, and - in the present surroundings - it would be well that, at least one or two days, there be small quantities of lithia put in the water; or it would be well that small

319-1 Page 4

quantities of sulphur water be taken. Those waters that are of the WHITE sulphur springs, rather than the black sulphur springs, are the most beneficial.

26. Ready for questions.

27. When these directions have been followed for the period of two or three rounds of each, to be sure there should be those considerations as to the changes that are taking place - and further suggestions may be given through these channels, that we may eradicate this condition from the body.

28. (Q) What causes the redness on the end of my nose, and what should I do about it? (A) Take the rubs and treatments that we have been giving! This is a form of that condition which arises from the infectious forces of GLANDS in the system being disturbed; as is arthritis, in its incipiency - though not ordinarily considered so.

29. (Q) How can I correct constipation? (A) Following the diets that we have outlined, with plenty of water taken in system, will make for a better correction. When it becomes necessary for a further evacuation, it would be better that high enemas be used than too much cathartics. In such enemas it would be well that in the last quart of water for injection (using HIGH enemas, see) there be added a tablespoonful of Glyco-Thymollne, as an intestinal antiseptic.

30. (Q) How can I improve eyesight? (A) Best that there be used those aids for same at the present time, though the general health and the conditions of the body improved will improve this considerably.

31. We are through for the present. Copy to Self " " File
