Time of Reading 3:50 to 4:00 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Virginia. (Physical Suggestion)
1. EC: Yes. We have the body here; this we have had before, [324].
2. Changes do we find in the general physical forces of the body since last we had it. Precautions and care should be taken with the body at this time to prevent such activities indicated in the system from affecting the glands in the body.
3. Hence we will find that the body should be kept quiet. Keep it out of drafts. Then, give sips of such tea as the camomile, to keep towards the capillary circulation. Put about a pinch of camomile to a whole cup full of hot water, and give it in sips when water is desired. In this manner give a teaspoonful or two to three teaspoonsful about three to four times each day.
4. In the other water taken, it would be well that there be added a fourth of a lithia tablet in a glass of water. This is to keep the eliminations through the alimentary canal as related to the activities of the kidneys.
5. We find too that every day there should be given three to five drops of Atomidine; which may be given in two doses or at once. This will make for the better efficiency of the activity of all glands of the system, and keep the body in the more normal condition.
6. As to the matter of the diet, not too much - but the citrus fruit juices may be taken off and on through the day. Easily assimilated foods. Not necessarily all liquid, but not too much over solid or heavy food; and none of the pastry nature at all.
7. Ready for questions.
8. (Q) Is this condition what is commonly known as measles? (A) More roseola or rose fever.
9. (Q) Can anything be done to remove enlarged conditions of tonsils, or will an operation be necessary? (A) As we find, if the proper precautions are taken here

with the activity of the glands of the system, with these properties taken in the system that will effect the drainages in all the portions - as indicated by the character of the tea that is to work effectually with the internal and the external activities of the lymph circulation, drainages should be so set up as to eliminate this condition without operative measures. To be sure, should the condition become localized, so that it becomes separated from the system and sets up within itself, operate! But, as we find, with these applications and with the conditions existent in the present, we will eliminate it! Don't let the body catch cold!
