1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for the further relief and improvement of same.
2. EC: Yes, we have the body here. This we have had before, you see.
3. Now, we find the body physical shows much change in it since last we had it here. Many of the conditions are for the betterment. The conditions as are produced through mental worry and troubles, with the tension in nerve system, hinders the eliminations and causes toxins to produce irritation to the extent that in various manners distresses come to the body. Too easily irritated, and this worries the body and causes more of an exaggeration of the same condition. The general physical structural functioning conditions show improvement in the body.
4. The body needs change or rest, and there should be added these properties as a tonic and a stimulant, and as the assistant in eliminations in the body through their normal channels. This would be prepared in this manner:
5. To 1/2 gallon distilled water, add Wild Cherry Bark 8 ounces. Reduce by simmering to 1/2 the quantity. Strain. Then add 4 ounces of sugar and reduce again to 1/2 the quantity. To this we would add: Tincture Valerian.....................1 ounce, Elixir Calisaya.....................1/2 ounce, Iodide Potassium.....................20 grains, Bromide Potassium....................24 grains, Tincture Capsici......................1 minim, Oil of Sassafras......................2 minims.
6. Shake solution well together before dose is taken, which should be half teaspoonful in water at least 4 times each day, preferably before the meals and upon retiring.
7. Well, too, that the body use the inhalant as has been given, prepared afresh. This will prevent the lungs, bronchials, larynx, nasal channels and cavities from taking on any of excretions that would prove detrimental with colds

and congestion - acting as the clarifier, or as an antidote, and strengthening the pulmonary circulation.
8. Well that an [osteopathic] adjustment or two be taken to relax the body. See that the intestinal tract is kept open. Not too much of a laxative taken, and let this be the laxative of that nature that is non-acid. Well that alkaline Petrolagar or Oil, white oils, or some properties of this nature be used.
9. This we would find would give that as necessary for correction of conditions at the present time.
10. Be careful in diet. Eat that as nutritious foods, rather than highly seasoned foods. Wines and mild stimulants well for the body. Champagne, sauterne, or any of those stimulants that aid the kidneys in functioning without irritation to the intestinal system.
11. Do as given.
