Time of Reading 12:10 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. New York City. (Suggestion for questions on physical, mental and financial conditions.)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body here. This we have had before. Some conditions show improvement with the physical forces since last we had same. Others are not so well. Would those about the body be more [If those about the body would be] more mindful of those conditions that bring worry, vexations, to the body, BETTER would be the conditions. As has been given, WELL would the body rest, could these conditions [it would be well for the body to rest, if those conditions could] be corrected in that which brings the reaction in this manner toward the physical forces; it would be well could the body rest, in different SURROUNDINGS, yet with these continued vexations they bring the greater anxiety which is detrimental to physical reactions, as has been outlined. We would continue very closely to that as has been given. Well, here, were those properties of an extract from what is commonly known as the persimmon used as a tonic for the body, prepared in a manner as this, with the fruit well ripened: This is about a half fermented manner, then drawn off and heated only sufficient to mix the preservitant to the property, and keep as a tonic, using then about tablespoonful each day. This, with the diet adhered to, will prove very beneficial to the body. Ready for questions.

2. (Q) Is body reacting to treatments? (A) In the way and manner as has been outlined. Keep those things for the physical forces as has been given, and in the way and manner as outlined.

3. (Q) What will relieve pains on top of head? (A) Removing that which causes same, which is the mental reaction as has been given.

4. (Q) Should body take osteopathic treatments from Dr. Berger of N.Y. City? [Grace C. Berger, D.O.] (A) Not necessary, would those forces be carried out in the manner as has been given. A general masseur is much better

than the osteopath treatment, as has been given, for this body.

5. (Q) Where would body take a vacation now? (A) Wherever it is pleasant, with pleasant surroundings for the body. The beach is very good.

6. (Q) Should body accept five thousand cash and a farm located on the Newport and Cincinnati Pike, four miles from Cincinnati and six miles from Brookville, in Bracken County, Ky.? which is owned by Mrs. Warren? (A) This would be very good, were the farm titles cleared. Look into those before an exchange would be made.

7. (Q) Would Mrs. Warren buy property without land considerations? (A) Not able.

8. (Q) To whom would property be sold, and where is the person? (A) Seek and ye shall find. These conditions have been entered into, as to how, what and where. If these were followed in the way and manner as outlined, this would have gone long ago!

9. (Q) Wherein have they failed to carry out the instructions? (A) Haven't done it in ANY way and manner, except write a couple of letters! Told you to go to see about it! Who went to see? No one!

10. (Q) Should property again be offered in public auction? and when? (A) That depending upon the way, or how the individual desires to dispose of same. Offers are existent. As given, these are well. If that not acceptable, work out the own way!

11. (Q) Why didn't it sell at the last time offered? [Her property in ..., Ky.] (A) The conditions were so that these were not acceptable to those able to purchase same.

12. (Q) Will the present real estate man [Henry & Kelly] dispose of same? (A) In time - if given long enough!

13. (Q) How much will body get for the property? (A) How much will the body ASK for property?

14. (Q) Fifteen thousand dollars. (A) As given, the body should get eighteen thousand for it, for it will bring that!

15. (Q) Should body invest in twenty-five lots located on Common Wealth Boulevard? with Tony Filanti? (A) Very good property!

16. (Q) Should body invest in Pick-Barth stock? and which one - Preferred or Common? (A) Common.

17. (Q) What increase within a year?

325-21 Page 3

(A) Forty to sixty percent.

18. (Q) What safe investment could she make on stocks? for quick returns in six months? (A) There are many stocks. Few stocks offer quick returns in six months, for these that bring quick returns are speculative, rather than investive. So the body should consider these when the investments or speculation is considered. As to stocks or bonds that are safe, any that pays as much as six to twelve percent are good investments, and bring adequate returns. As for those that are the speculative, those are different.

19. (Q) What advice should body have from her forces that will aid her to live long and happily? (A) As has been given, that depends more upon those surrounding the body than upon the body itself. When a body has expended its full force and power for others, and there is not the proper appreciation shown for that service rendered - whether in the whole or part - there is then the gradual disintegration of forces and powers that build or make for resuscitation of a body. When proper reaction is shown, then these may be builded well. We are through.
