1. GC: You will have before you the body and the enquiring mind of Mrs. [325], ..., N.Y. City, and you will answer the questions I will ask you regarding her financial and home relations.

2. EC: We have the body, the enquiring mind, Mrs. [325] - these we have had before; also financial and home relations. Ready for questions.

3. (Q) Should ... home in ..., Ky. be sold for $4000 cash and 5 lots, 1 on Hollywood Drive and 4 whose numbers are 34, 35, 18 and 42, Hilltonia Park Subdivision, Nicholasville Road, ..., Ky.? (A) With the conditions as existent and as surround the body, this exchange with this amount would eventually make a satisfactory trade, and bring more than holding out for extra amounts. At this figure, then, we would trade - and be sure the titles of the lots are as clear as that asked for for the building. The changes necessary in the conditions in making title, on account of interests as may be held by minor heirs, is only to be handled through the body [325] as the executor and as the holder of same. This can be made satisfactory title.

4. (Q) Will J. S. Morton increase this offer? (A) It's been given to change it to this! Why do you want to change it again? Get less!

5. (Q) How can correct title be given on property which will be acceptable to purchaser? (A) As given!

6. (Q) Should I go to ..., Okla? When? (A) This has been given, that it would be well for the body to do so - but the body makes up its own mind as concerning same!

7. (Q) Will everything at home be alright? (A) That's too large an order, to say EVERYTHING would be alright. Things will be in a way and manner as will be satisfactory.

8. (Q) Will ... trip do me good? How long should I stay?

325-25 Page 2

(A) Long as it pleases!

9. (Q) Should [daughter [563]] go with me? (A) That's to be decided by the bodies themselves. There are conditions to be considered. When considering the condition of the body itself [325], WELL. Considering the welfare of the body [563], no. Now decide which one the body would decide to be more consistent with the conditions for!

10. (Q) What precautions should I take if I make trip West? (A) Don't worry!

11. (Q) How should I best invest my funds for satisfactory returns in 1929? (A) In the way and manner as has been already outlined for same as respecting this same property. Conditions don't change as concerning such! for, as has been given, these should be as paying securities - not as speculative!

12. (Q) Should I buy Westinghouse stock now? (A) If paid for in full, very good - or any other stock that is of the industrial nature. As a speculation, no!

13. (Q) Should I buy Kolster Radio stock? (A) Very good as a buy. Not as a speculative!

14. (Q) Is there any other advice the body should have? (A) Not as we have from here from these conditions, for these have been first asked for.

15. We are through with this reading.
