Time of Reading 11:30 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. New York, N.Y. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, Mrs. [325] - this we have had before. We find the general conditions of the body are no worse than they have been heretofore. The general reactions of the system are better. That there have been some over-activities mental and physical, that have been unusual for the body, is merely the indication of the abilities of the physical organisms to respond to those activities in the body - see? Not merely by the tiring of the body-physical or mental, but that such reactions produce those active forces in the system in all directions.

2. We will find that with the continued use of those properties that have been outlined, in the ash, in the light rays, these will give the greater relief for the body.

3. When there are those irritations that make for conditions that appear rather as some creeping nerve force through portions of the body itself, in or about the regions where the disturbed areas are seen, [breast cancer], the use of THIS as a general clarifier and nerve stimuli that will coordinate with the system will be very beneficial, prepared in this proportion in the present: Tincture of Stillingia..................1/4 ounce, Elixir of Calisaya......................1/2 ounce, 10% solution Bromide of Potassium.......1/4 ounce, Tincture of Valerian......................1 ounce, Tincture of Capsici.......................1 minim. This may be taken a teaspoonful in half a glass of water. Not very pleasant, but may be taken by the body! This may be taken every two hours until there is relief from those tendencies of the nerve forces irritating the body through sympathetic reaction.

4. The amounts or quantities of the ash that is prepared would be one-quarter grain. This may be taken, two doses if

necessary, during the day; one being taken just before - twenty to thirty minutes before - the application of the ultra-violet rays. The lamp being used is proper, but should not be closer than thirty to thirty-two inches of the body. To get closer, or to heat too severely, would not be well. This should be applied to those centers that lead TO the area in the right side and to the breast, rather that of the arm and back, than to the frontal portions - to be sure, see? for two and half to three minutes. This done each day.

5. Do not worry. Do not overtax self in the reactions; for those conditions about the body must affect it, and - as we find - there will be continued to be thrown about those portions of the affected part that which prevents from inroads into the system - unless there are to be accidents or incidents outside of the pall [pale] or influence of that being done in the body. Ready for questions.

6. (Q) Should she advise with special clinic in N.Y., or can she continue herself in treating and protecting herself? (A) As has been outlined, this - as we find - will care for the condition. Should the body choose to seek counsel elsewhere, seek it!

7. (Q) Would a change of scenery, such as going West, be good for her? (A) Change of scenery is WELL. Change of activities is well, provided they do not bring such changes that IRRITATE rather than make for PLEASANT surroundings of the body. To change in such surroundings as is contemplated, or has been considered, would be very well - but this should certainly be some months before such a change be made! April or May!

8. (Q) Should body have any special exercise? (A) The better exercise for the body is either a ride in the open, or short walk in the open.

9. (Q) Will special diet be of assistance? (A) The body itself is a very good dietician, knows what agrees with and what does not agree with! We wouldn't alter or change from that as the body KNOWS for its own self!

10. (Q) What should body guard against, to protect her mind and body, in order that she may live to enjoy a nice old age? (A) That, as has been outlined, of worriments or outside influences causing any disturbance to the body, by injury or by cold. Beware of cold feet, or damp feet, or sitting in drafts, or of those things that produce irritations in the respiratory system in any way or manner; for the body to have the more oxygen - oftentimes will just the ozone be created in the room by the burning of the quartz lights, this is well. Inhale same, see?

11. (Q) Will she be able to live to a ripe old age and not

be compelled to suffer? (A) That depends upon the activities, to be sure - as has been given. Doing very well - just keep it up!

12. (Q) What advice can she have for her daughter [459]'s welfare in running the school in [N.J.] which will bring a better mental satisfaction to this entity [325]? (A) These have been outlined as to the character and kind of associations that should be made, and had, in conducting such. Then these followed will bring the better results in EVERY direction.

13. (Q) Advise body as to how to take best care of physical and mental body? (A) These have oft been outlined for the body, and will those ABOUT the body take the same precautions that have oft been given respecting same - and not consider SELF so much - it would make better the surroundings for the body!
