Time of Reading Apt. 11-F, 11:10 to 11:40 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. N.Y.C. (Physical Suggestion)
1. EC: Yes, we have the body here - this we have had before.
2. Now, as to general conditions physically, these we find are very good in many respects, when all contributory conditions are considered.
3. While there are disturbances from time to time, these in the general we find are of minor natures; that which disturbs the more than being those conditions that have been considered from time to time.
4. That there is the tendency for the humor, or for the activities of those disorders in the right breast, to show more activity along portions of the body indicates the breaking up of cell force in the system, and the inability of the blood supply to create sufficient of the plasm in the blood stream to meet or to wholly combat the inroads of the condition.
5. As yet we find this has been and is in the superficial tissue or portions of the circulation; hence there is then a warring going on in the system, in the attempt to meet the needs of the condition.
6. In the present, then, we would not change anything materially in the character of the diet, in the attitudes mentally and physically; nor the treatments as related to the ash or the light, for these as we find are necessary for the releasing of the oxygen in the system and for the characterizations of that which may be carried in the blood stream through the manner and the character of the diet itself. These that are being done, then, we would not change.
7. We would have the dosage of the ash at least a quarter grain taken two, three or four times each week, taken thirty to forty minutes before the ultra-violet light is given. The ultra-violet rays should not be to any of those portions that are affected, as to the front portion, or the breast, or the side, but should be to the cerebrospinal system,
325-43 Page 2
those portions from which these portions that are affected receive their impulses from the cerebrospinal nerve centers, as well as the basic veins and arteries from which the circulation is carried to the parts affected. This, then, would be from the 3rd or 4th cervical to the 8th and 9th dorsal. That portion of the cerebrospinal system should receive the greater effects from the rays of the ultra-violet; this given each time the ash is taken. If it is found necessary to prevent inroads, this may be taken oftener, but we would not use the light without the ash in the system, nor take the ash without the light being used.
8. To meet the conditions, we would add this to that being used:
9. Take Life Everlasting one dram and dried mullein one dram. But these in one quart of water and steep; (not boil) as tea, for twenty-five to thirty minutes. Strain off and keep in a cool place, so as to prevent it from souring. Do not take any when it is sour, or when it becomes sour, but use as a tea to drink - see? Little sips of this. If it is found to be too strong, add plain water. Little sips of this two or three times a day; not big swallows but as much as a quarter to half a teaspoonful as a sip two, three, four times a day. Take it AS water, see? but it may be followed with water, that will be found better half and half; that is, carbonated water and plain water, as the drinking water.
10. We would also prepare an ointment, as this: We would take three ounces of green leaves and the stem of plantain; preferably this taken green, see? Bruise this thoroughly. To three ounces of this add three ounces of CREAM; not sour cream but sweet cream, see? Boil this together, or put on and heat until it has come to a boil - and do not boil longer than TWO MINUTES after it BEGINS to boil, see? Take off. This will be found to jelly. Do not separate the leaves, but cut them fine or bruise them, separating them, see? Then to this quantity add two grains of the carbon ash; stir same in well. With this solution, morning and evening, anoint the portions adjacent to the erosions, and this we will find will prevent any spreading, and will tend - with the tea in the system, and with the ash - to DRY this, or create for the system sufficient of the character of leukocyte to prevent breaking of cells.
11. The rest of the general forces and activities, mentally and physically, we would keep near in the same manner that has been outlined.
12. Ready for questions.
13. (Q) How many minutes should the light be applied each time? (A) From five to fifteen minutes.
325-43 Page 3
14. (Q) Should the Castor Oil packs still be taken? (A) When necessary for the proper eliminations to be carried on in system; nothing will be found better, for this aids the organs in their necessary overactivity in eliminating the character of drosses created by the destruction of bacilli that will be carried on, and that is being carried on in the system. Do not allow the bowels or the colon to become clogged. Keep the eliminations properly. This is better done by either the diet or by outside influences than by poisoning or overtaxing the muco-membranes of the digestive system, by creating excitement to the activity of the lymph and emunctory circulation, or by taking cathartics or purgatives.
15. (Q) Are oranges good for this body? (A) Taken in moderation they are good, but should not be taken at the same period that cereals or any other foods are taken that will produce gases.
16. (Q) Any change in food? (A) As indicated, little or no change save necessary to meet the general needs, as is understood by the body. The changes we would give would be as indicated; equal parts of mullein and Life Everlasting for the tea, made as given and taken in small sips. The application of the ointment should not be over the BROKEN places, but to prevent the spread that will gradually cause a drying of the abrasions.
17. (Q) Is the tumor disappearing as it should? [from the breast] (A) If it was wholly then we would find that these would not occur as they are in the present, but - as indicated - the activities in the present are superficial. We do not want to drive them in; consequently, there must be taken that WITHIN that will give an impetus to the blood supply to supply the necessary forces to be active from within, as well as the application externally that will prevent abrasions and the breaking up of cellular forces in the exterior portions of the system, or superficial part. Do as we have outlined.
18. (Q) Who is giving the prescription to [325] of the Forces. (A) Those that she has sought through years ago.
19. We are through for the present. Copy to Self " " File
