Time of Reading 11:10 to 11:30 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. N.Y.C. (Questions)
1. EC: Yes, we have the body, Mrs. [325]; this we have had before, also those conditions physical and mental that disturb the body from time to time.
2. Ready for questions.
3. (Q) What caused opening of condition into a wound? (A) As given, this was from undue exercise, congestion, and the natural developments of conditions. These conditions, as we find have healed, or mostly so, in a satisfactory manner. For this special condition we would use those properties that have been given to aid and relieve; taking internally the properties of Atomidine; applying externally, in a consistent manner, the combination of Iodex with Ash; occasionally using - fresh - the plantain and cream, as given.
4. (Q) Was this detrimental or beneficial? (A) Rather the indication of the precautions necessary. Of course, it could become very detrimental, were there to continue the inroads in this manner - but when the excess of the poisons or accumulations is there, this is an excellent manner for ridding the greater quantity from the system. Hence the necessity of keeping the eliminations and activities of the body, in every manner, in as near a coordinating sense or manner as possible.
5. (Q) Is the present lamp being used properly? (A) The present lamp is efficient. There ARE times when it is used that the application could be better, but at most periods it is very satisfactory in the results and effects that are had by the use of same. In taking the ash, this - as we have given - should be, or will be FOUND to be more effective if the treatments from the lamp are applied to the cerebrospinal system (to be sure) thirty to fifty minutes after the ash has been taken

in the system. We would empty the ash from the capsule onto the tongue, and wash down with water.
6. (Q) Should she visit a clinic for further treatment of her condition, or will present treatment bring her back to a healthy condition that will enable her to live many years in peace and happiness? (A) As we would find, the better conditions may be accomplished under the body's own supervision, for the effects of the very going to a clinic would destroy much of that which has been builded in the MORALE of the mental forces of the body, as well as the irritation and worry that would come from such would hasten and be more toward a detrimental condition. Should such conditions arise, they will necessarily be of specific nature. We do not find the condition warrants such action or activity at the present.
7. (Q) Is she taking all the care of her body that she should? (A) It's very good.
8. (Q) Could her surroundings be made easier for her to avoid worry, or is the present situation in her household better? (A) Better than it has been for some time. The necessary changes or the conditions that are of change, are those that SHE would suggest from time to time.
9. (Q) What will make and keep her happiest? (A) For everybody to be busy.
10. (Q) What can [903] do to make her happy and satisfied? (A) In meeting the conditions or circumstances that arise from time to time, as the relations of one to another.
11. (Q) What can [257] do to make her happy and content and healthy? (A) The activities of the body are very good. Do not over pamper; yet there must ever be that same consideration that has been builded for the years past, as from one to another - under the conditions that exist.
12. (Q) What worries her most, that can be corrected? (A) The mental attitude of those, or individuals, about her.
13. (Q) What is condition of her breast at present, or in comparison with last reading? (A) BETTER than at the last reading, to be sure, as we have indicated.
14. (Q) Is there danger to her body at present not being able to overcome condition? If so, advise what should be done at once. (A) This, to be sure, is dependent upon circumstances or conditions. Sure, there's every danger - with such conditions - of there being an accident, or of there arising
325-44 Page 3
some special condition that might make for an acute condition arising. These are EVER, of course, present; but, as for the GENERAL condition - and the effect of that that has disturbed the body for so long - it is in very good order, considering everything.
15. (Q) Would change of surroundings aid her to regain strength? (A) That depends upon the wishes or the desires of the body. If it is desired by the body, well. If it isn't it would NOT be well. The BEST is to let the body alone, or to do that which is in keeping WITH that that is being builded by self, as to its relations to those about it and those that affect the body - either directly or through others.
16. (Q) Advise proper diet for strength. (A) This has often been outlined for the body, and has been given. The body knows better that that may work for the better conditions of self, by its experiences in caring for self, than may be given; for these of necessity change from day to day.
17. (Q) What exercise for her better health and strength? (A) Just that sufficient to keep the activities of body, mentally and physically, in a proper coordination relationship one with another. In its surroundings, in its activities in its mental forces, it is best that there be sufficient activity for the ENERGIES of the system to have their proper relaxation. In the open when possible, provided the conditions and the surroundings are in accord with that for the better conditions of the body - and these may be judged best by the sensitive activities or reactions of the body.
18. (Q) Is Liqueur Apricot good for her strength? (A) As given, those of the grape are the better; provided these are in the form of the champagne or the liqueurs of that nature. Some small quantities of the apricot, of course, would be well; for these make a stimulation that aids in the circulation through digestive forces.
19. (Q) What will make her very happy with her family? (A) Harmony.
20. (Q) Should any outside remedies be used? (A) Only those that have been suggested, both as for outside and internal. These we would use as outlined. Of course, the necessary elements through the activities of the system for keeping up the eliminations may be taken internally at times. These the body knows, as to what acts best with the system - through the experiences.
21. (Q) What would the remedy known as Perfected Compound Oxygen do for the body, made by Dr. Frank Northrop of 44 W. 53rd St., N.Y.C.?
325-44 Page 4
(A) It would not be well, with the general conditions; for the releasing of the oxygen other than that which is assimilated for the body - and that as may be applied externally that would be releasing - would not work well with the conditions; for the basis of the expulsion of disorders is worked from a different basis from that as would be applied from such remedies.
22. (Q) Please advise her spiritually and mentally for her complete happiness and accomplishment of life's work. (A) Keep in the ways that are known to self, and that are satisfying to the desires of the spiritual life; the aid as may be given in counsel and advice to those about the body; worrying as little as possible as to the manner in which the responses are made to such; knowing in self that the seed of thought sown in the advice, whether there is built a resentment at the time or not, WILL if self does NOT build a wall of resentment - sooner or later have its effect upon those about it.
