1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, Mrs. [325]; this we have had before.

2. As we find, there are those conditions that have been given as respecting the general welfare of the body. These, as we find, when there is the least mental irritation and the care and precautions that have been outlined, keep well in those directions that we have given.

3. And when there occurs those reactions, there should be those preparations used that have been given for the abrasions, or stiffness, or soreness that occurs along the glands on the right portion, or under the arm and towards the mammary glands. These portions massaged with those preparations as given, of the plantain, will be well.

4. As we have given, it is necessary that this plantain salve be made fresh at least every few days, for to use the preservatives in same would hinder the effects that may be had or created for the system by the use of same, see?

5. For those conditions where there arises the fullness in the stomach, the nausea that arises at times, with a little use of the properties called Bi-So-Dol, this pressure will be relieved and also the tendency for souring of foods or the lack of digestive force to create proper digestion; for more of the lacteals will be created to act with the digestive forces. This preparation will also relieve or remove those tendencies for headaches that occur from these same forces.

6. Then, we would keep the general care of the body; the rubs, lights, ash, and only change in these directions that we have outlined.

8. (Q) Is the light and ash being taken properly? (A) When taken, it's taken properly.

9. (Q) What foods should she eat? (A) Those that have the more tendency, or general tendency,

toward the ALKALINITY in the system. The body is a very good dietician for itself; but those foods tending toward the alkalin reaction are the most beneficial. The use also, as given, of the fermented grape juices or wines, or the like, or the liqueurs, will be well for the body, for a stimuli to the general system.
