Time of Reading Apt. 11-F, 8:20 to 8:35 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. N.Y.C. (Body and enquiring mind. Questions on Physical, and associations and connections.)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body here; this we have had before. Ready for questions.

2. (Q) How is the physical and mental body progressing at this time? (A) In many respects the conditions are progressing very satisfactorily; in others, not so well. As we find, it necessitates the quietness and that demeanor and manner known by self to keep itself from becoming overtaxed, yet the use of the abilities in the offices of judgements in aiding others to meet their needs - by advice and counsel. In the physical body itself, those conditions that have disturbed the body at times are well allayed by the properties that are being used, and - as we find - these are the very best. When it becomes necessary, in those portions where drainages must arise, use that which we have indicated for the cleansing of same. As to those conditions that arise from overtaxation, these may be met best as the body understands.

3. (Q) Is the condition with the right breast progressing as it should? (A) As indicated, at times very good. Do not wait so long at times in making the applications for the proper associations of the activities.

4. (Q) What is the condition of the right breast? (A) Just as indicated.

5. (Q) Should anything further be done for the abrasions? (A) As we find, the best is to use the properties that have been indicated for same; the combination of the Ash with the other properties.

6. (Q) Would the sunlight following the Ash be alright

325-47 Page 2

instead of lamp? (A) Sunlight is not well following the Ash at ANY time. Sunlight to LOWER portions of the body for drainages would be very well, but the ultra-violet or violet light is the better with the Ash.

7. (Q) How much Ash at present should be taken, and how often? (A) An eighth of a grain twice a day.

8. (Q) What length of time should the light be applied? (A) Ultra-violet one to two minutes. Violet two to four minutes. Sunlight on lower portion three to seven minutes.

9. (Q) Why the pain through the back, and what should be done for it? (A) Sunlight. Tired. From standing.

10. (Q) Is it harmful to the breast condition to use the right arm normally? (A) No.

11. (Q) Is there too great an acid condition in the body? (A) Such conditions as in this body always tend to create too much acidity. Hence the diet and the properties to eliminate should be alkalin and never acid. The greater portion should be vegetable.

12. (Q) What should be done to produce correct bowel movement? (A) The light in the lower portion, as just given, and the eliminants that are alkalin in their nature.

13. (Q) What eliminant would be best? (A) That depends upon the character of the diet and how much light. Health and body appliance is a consistent thing, not just a stab! Use an enema today, and tomorrow take an eliminant - but be consistent! The eliminants would be altered from time to time, as found necessary. At times the Boal's Rolls would be very good; at others Milk of Magnesia; at others Bismuth; at others changing about. Let the SYSTEM act! not the stuff you are giving it!

14. (Q) Something should be taken each day? (A) If necessary, but make the SYSTEM act - aren't we trying to tell you!

15. (Q) Are enemas too great a strain on the body? (A) Not if taken properly.

16. (Q) Why is the skin on the hands so rough, and what should be done for it? (A) Use any of the applications for skin food. The tendency is for too slow circulation through the arm. This is natural, if conditions are considered. Hence the tendency for the skin to rough.

17. (Q) What would you recommend for this? (A) Armand [almond?] cream, or the Genuine Black and White.

18. (Q) Is there enough Ash in the Iodex, and should the

325-47 Page 3

salve be put on more heavily? (A) It's been given as to how much should be used. That is, mix with the Iodex a quantity that is twice the size of the capsule the Ash is in. Do not put on broken places, but close to the edge of same.

19. (Q) Should the Everlasting Tea be continued? (A) When needed.

20. (Q) Should the plantain still be used? (A) The Everlasting Tea and the plantain are both astringent, and tend to make for less peristaltic movement in the system. When these are used, make a balancing with other properties in the body.

21. (Q) Is it just as good to use dry plantain, when the green may not be obtained? (A) Just as good.

22. (Q) What is the condition of the liver? (A) Acid.

23. We are through with this reading.
