Time of Reading 5:05 to 5:25 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. N.Y.C. (Physical Suggestion - Body & enquiring mind. Questions.)
1. EC: Lot of changes coming on around here.
2. We have the body, the enquiring mind, [325]; this we have had before.
3. These alterations and changes might be just as interesting as even the physical conditions, though they are not so good.
4. As we find, the general physical forces of the body show there has been some activity of the body in the mental or physical that has made for some greater irritations, and the conditions in the right breast have been somewhat exaggerated or made to become more active. While there is somewhat of an allaying of the activity in the present, still this is not so good.
5. As we would find, as we have indicated heretofore, it would be well to use those properties around or close to the swelling or abrasions - or where the opening or the effusion has been active - to massage gently over the glands lower down; that is, under the arm and farther away. The Iodex infused with the Animated Ash. To half an ounce of the Iodex we would combine a grain and a half of the Ash, see? This should be THOROUGHLY mixed together.
6. Closer, but not over broken tissue, we would use the Plantain with the sweet butter; half and half as to weight, you see. Cut, rub out or grate fine the leaf and stalk of the Plantain, but not all of the root. Then, by weight, using half and half Plantain and sweet butter, cook thoroughly. Do not use the butter that has at any time had ANY salt added to same; preferably the very fresh. Do not get the mixture over the abrasions.
7. As we find, the condition is too deep for operative measures; and if operative measures were resorted to, the conditions along the glands would make too great a strain without the ability for the body to produce the proper coagulations in the system; thus would only hasten the

detrimental activity in the body.
8. If these treatments are resorted to as we have given, we find they will not only dry the condition but will prevent spreading; and will keep back inflammation, provided there isn't undue exercise or bruising or activity.
9. Take at least a quarter grain of the Ash each day, an eighth in the morning and an eighth in the evening; preferably middle forenoon and late in the afternoon.
10. After each dose of the Ash there should be the use of the ultra-violet ray from three to five minutes, for the activity of the Ash to be made more effective in the body.
11. As to the matter of diet, be mindful that there are not irritations in the system that cause tendencies toward constipation or overacidity; but keep near to a normal balance or a SUPERALKALINITY in the system.
12. Not too great an amount of exercise, yet sufficient physically and mentally that there may be the mind kept from any distressing conditions in the body or the activities about the body. Keep the body in the OPEN when it is possible, that there may not be the cold or congestion or undue excitements for the body.
13. And, as we find, these will bring the bettered conditions for this body of [325].
14. Ready for questions.
15. (Q) How often should the Iodex-Ash ointment be massaged? (A) Once each day, just what the body may absorb; not enough for discoloration or like that. This would preferably be done in the evening, while the emulsion from the Plantain and sweet butter would be better of mornings as the body is ready to dress, you see.
16. (Q) Just what is the general condition of the body now? (A) As indicated, some destructive forces have been active; though the body in the present is somewhat easier, both from the nausea and from the heaviness in the limbs and the drawing in the side.
17. (Q) Do you find it would be for my best interests to live in New York, or go with my children? (A) Where it will be the more quiet, or where the body with its activities does not become the overanxious about conditions that affect or that are with the activities of the children; and where the less amount of actual PHYSICAL activity may be had except that which would be only for the physical help or aid to the body to care for itself. See? Where these conditions can be adhered to the better, whether in New York or with the children. While in New York brings anxiety, as indicated, the surroundings and conditions at most periods have been very well. On the other hand, it is
325-48 Page 3
well for the body to be more in the open, more active in the general activities and surroundings at times. The body should choose by the circumstance.
18. (Q) Just what is the condition of the tumor? (A) As indicated, there has recently been through activity some broken tissue; tendency for the running of same - that has been rather foul. The treatments we have outlined are the better. We would follow these in the present.
