Time of Reading 2:05 to 2:20 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. New York City. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [325]; this we have had before, and those conditions, circumstances, physically and mentally, that surround the body.

2. Ready for questions.

3. (Q) Reading said to take fruit and meat juices. They cause overactivity of bowels. What will regulate it? (A) Taking them in a more consistent manner, and not quantities of same - and these in their regular order, not attempting to take both at one meal nor in large quantities. As to the matter of diet, we find it would be as we have suggested, in this manner: Mornings - rather an oaten cereal, or fruit juices that are chilled, in not too large a quantity, or fruit juices; as the combinations of pineapples, oranges, grapefruit, lemons, grape juice or the like - these also chilled, but not with cereals. Browned bread, either the whole wheat, Graham or rye, toasted. Not too heavy, but that which carries the greater quantity of the active principles of the vitamins iron from those properties. Between the breakfast and the noon, take beef juices; not other than that which has been indicated. NOT broth, but beef juices - made as we have indicated - not more than half or a quarter teaspoonful at a time. Noons - any of the drinks that have been indicated, such as chilled champagne, the apricot brandy, a little apple brandy (not Apple Jack but apple brandy) - these will be an aid to the cough. Then the semiliquids, such as in junket, blanc mange, arrowroot, or the like. Evenings - preferably the vegetable juices that would be

made from fresh vegetables, if they are cooked in Patapar paper or steamed in their own juice and no water added; not with meats or the like, in their cooking. To such there may be added the croutons or the diced bread that makes for the thickening of same, or the like.

4. (Q) What causes temperature to rise and fall so suddenly? (A) Inflammation from the disturbances in the intestinal area, from those reactions in the system. If we would use a diluted GRAIN alcohol as a rub it will be more efficacious for the reducing of the temperature. And when the rubs are made these should be not only at the back of head but across the hip and the small of back; not too heavy, but a GENTLE rub. The massage that has been indicated, that has been GIVEN, this is very good - very well given.

5. (Q) Will the alcohol rub as suggested upset her stomach? (A) It's the inhaling of the fumes of the denatured alcohol that upsets her! Hence use the diluted grain alcohol, and it won't be upset!

6. (Q) Could body stand the trip to Jersey - at [daughter [459]]'s? (A) Very soon, by Thursday or Friday, be very well. And be much better than inhaling the fumes of the circumstances and conditions around the apartment here! Be necessary, of course, that the body keep quiet - and be just as gentle in the change as is possible.

7. (Q) What will offset the paint condition in her system? (A) Get out of it! Fresh air!

8. (Q) What causes the heart palpitations at times? (A) The fumes. Conditions about the body.

9. (Q) What should be done for the weakness of the heart? (A) Remove the conditions of the circumstances surrounding same, and this will be near normal!

10. (Q) Is the condition in the right breast pressing against anything causing any of the present condition? (A) As indicated, the condition in the breast is irritated, of course, by the excitement of the circulation and the changes; but not pressure on any condition.

11. (Q) There is a piece of flesh at the base of rectum. What is it and how may it be removed? (A) It is a hemorrhoid condition. Use Tim and it will be removed.

12. (Q) Is that the cause of the occasional soreness in the rectum? (A) Cause of the occasional soreness.

13. (Q) What should be done for the sudden chills? (A) A stimulant, or a massage with the GRAIN alcohol.

14. (Q) What can be done to induce sleep for the body? (A) Use the Radio-Active Appliance, it will induce sleep for the body; or the gentle massage along the spine, GENTLY,

325-50 Page 3

coming up to the head and around same, will induce sleep.

15. (Q) Why the sudden coughs? What will stop them? (A) Regurgitation in the stomach. And, as indicated, use those properties indicated.

16. (Q) Have my new glasses been fitted properly? (A) These are very good, and when the conditions clear and the surroundings are more applicable to the needs of the body, the eyes will be found to be better.

17. (Q) Why the bitterness in the mouth and what will stop it? (A) A condition that arises from gastric flow of the stomach itself. This will be removed by the use of properties indicated.

18. (Q) Do the teeth need attention? (A) Need attention, but should not be done at present. In two to three weeks.

19. (Q) Were the massages taken Monday night when I was so sick given properly? (A) As indicated, very good.

20. (Q) Will it be necessary for me to move from this apartment this year? (A) It'll be better, as we find, to visit; not necessary to move.

21. (Q) Will the suggestions as given keep the bowels normal? (A) Normal.

22. (Q) What causes the body to get purple? (A) Circulation is being disturbed through the congestion of blood in those areas where distressed, and the body being subject to an activity that brings about the reactions from suggestive forces, produces these conditions. The massage and the stimulation will make for equalizing the circulation, as would also the use of the Radio-Active Appliance.

23. (Q) Is the Ash being taken properly? (A) Taken properly.

24. (Q) Are the lamp treatments being given properly? (A) Very good. Keep these up.

25. (Q) Any other suggestions for the body for better physical conditions? (A) Keep the attitude of the expectancies for those relationships in regard to the material and spiritual forces, and we will keep the greater balance for this body, [325].
