Time of Reading 11:35 to 11:40 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. New York City. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body here. Conditions, as we find, are considerably on the improve. While these are not as fast as might be desired, we had rather take it slowly and be sure than to try to over stimulate and thus cause irritations to arise again. See?

2. Hence, we would continue with those things that we have indicated, in very small quantities and in the ways and manners that the appetite calls; for the body is a very good dietician itself! and following in these measures will bring the quicker strength to the body.

3. As fast as it may be accomplished, a little ride out in the open air would be most beneficial. But keep these things in moderation; don't rush the conditions. And we will find we will bring a nearer normal condition for this body, [325].

4. Ready for questions.

5. (Q) What causes the faint feeling of the body? (A) Weakness and incoordination. Hence, as we find, the more air - or more oxygen - will be the more helpful for the body.

6. (Q) Would you suggest a tonic? (A) We would not make for too great a stimulation. Let the body rather be selective in those things for its own physical welfare in these directions, as to the diet and as to the stimulants, of every nature. We are through with this reading.
