Time of Reading 3:50 to 4:00 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. New York City. (Physical Suggestion)
1. EC: Yes, we have the body, [325]; this we have had before. Again we find that through the aggravations of surrounding forces or influences there has been made a regurgitation or an upsetting of the gastric flow through the digestive area. Hence there is caused an overflow in the alimentary canal, producing the arising of bitterness in the taste - or regurgitation from the gastric flow in the duodenum to the cardiac portion of the stomach itself. And a swelling in same produces something of a smothering nature in the general condition of the body.
2. It would be well that there be as much quiet and relaxation of the body as possible, and that there be kept the general conditions that have been indicated which make for the production of the proper gastric flow through the use of the limewater, cinnamon water and the small quantities of the potashes as indicated - so that we keep a balance of same; and that there be the activities that have been outlined.
3. Ready for questions.
4. (Q) Why do vegetables not agree with her? (A) They agree when prepared in the manner as the body INDICATES; but when they are changed - it is both a mental and a physical reaction that produces the regurgitation or reaction to the body. Let the body indicate as to how they should be prepared; and prepare them that way and they'll agree!
5. (Q) What causes the weak spells and nausea? (A) As indicated, from regurgitation through the upsetting of the hypogastric and pneumogastric plexus in the body. These may be relieved best by the use not only of the elm water and the Saffron occasionally but also the limewater, cinnamon water and 10 minims 10% solution Iodide of Potassium and 10 minims 10% solution Bromide of Potassium. These potashes act with the gastric flow, as do the

limewater and cinnamon water. Not in quantities, but an ounce of each (the limewater and cinnamon water) - with the specified amount of the others. Give a teaspoonful at the time.
6. (Q) Why can't she take beef tea? (A) She CAN take beef tea if prepared PROPERLY! Take this not in gobs or gulps, but a SMALL quantity! Give half a teaspoonful every half to three-quarters of an hour and it'll agree! But she can't DRINK it! Make it like we have indicated, without any GREASE!
7. (Q) What will make her sleep so she can rest at night? (A) Use the Radio-Active Appliance as she rests; not as she is trying to sleep, but as she RESTS before retiring. Make the attachments to the ankle and wrist on opposite sides of the body, alternating each day. It'll put her to sleep! Do not take ANY bromides; for there's plenty in the very small quantity given here for settling the stomach!
8. (Q) What causes the fluttering of her heart? (A) Use those things as indicated.
9. (Q) What foods can she retain that are good for her? (A) Any are good that she can retain! Best to let the body decide for herself! She is the best dietician for herself! Let her tell what she wants to eat and how to prepare it; then do it that way!
10. (Q) Would Dr. Hayes Sanitarium of Briarcliff Lodge, Westchester County, aid her to get on her feet? (A) Not very much!
11. (Q) Why does Ash not agree at times? (A) Just as everything else, when there's something to UPSET the system! If this is taken dry and then swallowed, it will be more preferable.
12. (Q) Should lamp only be taken on her back? (A) More preferable to be taken only on back.
13. (Q) What will stop coughs? (A) Stop upsetting the stomach, and the return of the flow of the influences that produce same will be removed!
14. (Q) Should she have any massages? If so, how often? (A) Massage would be well to be had at least every other day; EVERY day would be more preferable - just before retiring, immediately following the thirty minutes to hour treatment with the Radio-Active Appliance - for ten to fifteen minutes.
15. (Q) What will relieve extreme nervousness? (A) All that we have been giving is for this! Do these!
