Time of Reading 11:00 to 11:10 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. N.Y.C. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [325]; this we have had before.

2. As we find, the disturbances causing the nausea, the tendencies for irritation to the digestive system, the incoordinant activity in the eliminations as a result from same, arise basically from what may be termed an overcharging in local portions of the radial activity of electronic forces (of the system, not from the external use of any) and the slowing up in others. Hence we find those activities from the vasomotors to the cardiac and the hypogastrics make for this churning or turning up of the stomach, making for regurgitations of the hydrochlorics to the stomach itself. These cause the bitterness, or the gall - as it were - regurgitating into or through the digestive system; producing belching, a fluttering - as it were - in the stomach itself. Hence pains along the right side, even to those portions of the arms, trembly sensations over other portions of the body and weakness and debilitation. These are the effects of the conditions.

3. As we would find, we would use alternately each day - one in the morning and the other in the evening (and use them on opposite sides of the body, and reverse them in their connections) - the violet ray, using only the charging - or the anode that the body merely holds or uses on the foot, and the Radio-Active Appliance - one used of morning, the other of an evening. We would find we would make for a coordination of this radiation or radial activity in the system. When using the Radio-Active, use for thirty minutes to an hour. When using the violet ray, use for ten to fifteen minutes. One time the Radio-Active would be attached first to the ankle and then to the wrist. The next time it would be attached to the wrist first and to the ankle last, and each time to opposite sides of the body, see? In the use of the violet ray (not the ultra-violet but the violet ray with the anode that is only held in the hand,

you see), we would use this first in the right hand, then on the left foot. This would be with the stocking removed and the anode placed so that the foot is placed right over same, preferably on a piece of glass, see? Then the next time it would be used in the left hand and then the next time on the right foot, see? This would be circulated about the body in this way. If we would do these, as we find, we would bring the better conditions for this body. We would keep those suggestions, too, that have been indicated for not only the sweetening of the gastric flow of the digestive system itself, but maintain the rest of the necessary elements for the disturbances in the body; having the massages occasionally for the general distributions throughout the axis and the segmentations that have shown disturbances along the cerebrospinal system from pressure especially in the upper dorsal area.

4. Ready for questions.

5. (Q) The violet ray anode should be used of morning? (A) This may be altered about, one used in the morning the other used in the evening.

6. (Q) What appetizing food will strengthen her? (A) Only those that have been indicated, that are the more easy of assimilation.

7. (Q) Did the pulling of the tooth eliminate the condition? (A) Partially. It has loosened a great deal of poisons in the system that must be eradicated.

8. (Q) Any other need drawing? (A) Not as we find.

9. (Q) Should she take any X-Ray treatments of any kind? (A) We do not find these necessary in the present.

10. (Q) What exercise can she take? (A) Not a great deal, but this should be taken when the body is kept very warm, of course, and as much in the open as it is possible under the circumstances; but not a great deal of exercise. The walking is the better.

11. (Q) Do the salts packs on her stomach aid her? (A) They aid.

12. (Q) Would a light electrical vibrator massage help her? (A) Rather as we have indicated would be the better type of the electrical vibrations to equalize the disturbed activity of the radial forces of the electrical vibrations that have been and are being given to the system which would not be altered, but these added in the manner as indicated to make for the circulation to be more equalized throughout the system.

13. (Q) What is her general condition now in comparison to several months ago?

325-56 Page 3

(A) Not so good in some respects and better in others.

14. (Q) Advise her family how to relieve her mental worries and reassure her of her ability to regain her health. (A) By making for the proper applications, the less of the worrying to the body and the things that make for the worrying. These are the better ways for the family to maintain, and the character of attitude to maintain towards the activities of the body.

15. (Q) Would Dr. Apisdorf of 200 W. 86th St. be a better dentist for her than Dr. Lieberthal who has been treating her? (A) We do not find it so.

16. (Q) Any other advice or warnings? (A) These we would take in the present, as to those activities best for this body of [325]. We are through with this reading. Copy to Self " " Ass'n file
