1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, Mrs. [326] - this we have had before.
2. Now, as we find, there are some changes in the general physical conditions from that as we have had here before. While in the present there is the apparent return of some of the effects of conditions that have existed, that present themselves again in the present situation or condition, these are arising from those pressures that exist in portions of the system, which have been indicated, that make for those reactions to those tendons, muscles, nerves, in the right portion of the face, along the fifth nerve tract.
3. While these reactions in some respects are much as indicated before, the conditions in the present do not present as much disturbance from the source of their activity as was or has been indicated in the system; yet we would find that much of those elements that were given to the body during those reactions for the system would bring again a much bettered condition for the body. These in the present and under the present situations, however, would respond with those reactions in the manner that is in line with keeping relaxations for those taut centers in the cerebrospinal nervous system, that relate to the circulation in the regions indicated, in the upper dorsal and cervical area, and by applying - when there is the rest in the evening - the saturated solution of Epsom salts to the 3rd and 4th dorsal, and the 3rd and 4th cervical area, alternately, for twenty- five to thirty minutes. This would relieve the body in an acute condition; however, there should be the manipulative measures taken sufficiently often to make the system readjust itself to the relaxations that would be made by such applications as given, and to make for those responses in the system to the activities of the body's reactions to conditions as they arise. These will

aid, as will all those things given - as in the battery appliance, that makes for a balancing of the circulation, and those vibrations that create even to the sympathetic circulation, or capillary, or lymph.
4. Ready for questions.
5. (Q) Could the manipulations be given by those at home? (A) If there will be given first the electrically driven massage, with the electrically driven vibrator, and THEN a massage given, these may be done at home.
6. (Q) How long should the vibrator be used at a time? (A) As much as ten to fifteen minutes.
7. (Q) Every night? (A) It may be given every other night.
8. (Q) Should she use the Radio battery, too? (A) The Radio-Active Appliance should be used, as given, for this aids in equalizing the circulation.
9. (Q) Should the Castor oil packs be continued, too? (A) Until there is the full reaction from the liver area, or so that the eliminating system adjusts itself, so that all poisons are eliminated from the system. These are better than taking it internally, see?
10. (Q) Shall I continue to take Castoria? (A) When necessary for the proper eliminations, and this is especially so after using the packs well to use the Castoria. Take it in small doses, and sufficient to create proper eliminations.
11. (Q) The salts packs, too? (A) The salts packs may be given WHEN necessary; that is, once or twice a week, or if - or should the condition not respond as readily to the manipulation and vibration, well that the salts packs be used that there may be relaxed those centers especially in the 4th dorsal area, and in the 4th cervical - or 3rd, 4th and 5th, because they come all close together here, and it will be found that the use of these will prove almost immediate relief for the heavy pressure, see?
12. (Q) When may I expect to be perfectly well? (A) These conditions should be considered by the body: While there are those forces within an active physical body that may not only carry on the life, or active forces in a system, but create reserve energies and the resuscitating forces to CONTINUE this to be reactive in the system, from the consciousness of every atomic force in the body that has been gradually builded in the system, through the consciousness of man in his activity through the earth, there is gradually builded that which prevents the activities of the system to continue to resuscitate as fast
326-3 Page 3
as energies are used up; but when these have reached such stages where pressures are enacted in the system that produce pain, it requires only LONGER for the resuscitating forces to be brought back in balance. So, when the body is easier from pain, do not stop with those applications to make the proper corrections, but keep on until there is at least stored energy. Then we may expect to meet the conditions as they arise. In the present situations and conditions, ready relief should be found in from five to six days, but there should be kept the applications for three to five weeks, that there may be brought a near normal balance in the system.
13. (Q) The doctors call the disease tic douloureux (in my right jaw). Is he correct in his diagnosis? (A) This is that which has sometimes been called tic douloureux, or the effect of the activity in the fifth nerve center.
14. (Q) Were the electric treatments given me for this trouble in my jaw by Dr. McCrary beneficial to me? [B. J. McCrary, D.O.] (A) They were beneficial to the body.
15. (Q) Did I take them too long? (A) No.
16. (Q) Is there a cataract over my left eye? (A) This is more as an indication of those used forces not being eliminated properly. This may gradually, or eventually, grow to be such; but with the adding of those things in the system that have been outlined, so that absorption takes place more readily throughout the portions of the system, this should be absorbed.
17. (Q) I would appreciate any spiritual advice that would help me to take better care of my body. (A) As there are those efforts within self to know and understand the activities of those spiritual forces, and the spiritual life that is manifest in the material plane, if the body will see, feel, know in self there is being enacted in self that which brings life's resuscitation in the earth, there may be felt that rejuvenation that only comes with the closer walk and communion with Him; for that Spirit that is termed or called God, Nature, is Life in its essence. So, the consciousness in the mental self of that activity taking place brings a closer walk with Him. THIS is real healing in self, for all healing of any nature must only be in the using of those energies in Life itself as manifest to bring cooperation in a body representing or presenting life.
18. (Q) Please outline a diet for the body. (A) Well that the diet be that which is easily assimilated
326-3 Page 4
for the body, and that will carry sufficient elements or vitamins that create energy, vitality, resistance in the system. These, then, will be found to be changeable, or interchangeable, for the best for the body; as may be found in these, though they may be altered from time to time: Mornings - citrus fruits, or citrus fruit juices, or stewed fruits, or cereals that carry much of the heart of the grain - as in cut oats, preferable to rolled oats, or those of the whole grain, or those of the Vitamin E grain, or brans, or any of the dried cereals. Do not mix cereals with citrus fruits, however, or take them at the same period. Following such there may be had buckwheat cakes, or whole wheat cakes and honey, or any of these characterizations. Noons - well that a great deal of fruits and nuts be taken; these will supply, in their variation, much that is building food for the body. Evenings - rather vegetables that are well cooked, with meats that are of lamb, fowl or wild game, with plenty of the glutens in this meal that partake both of the tuberous and the leafy or pod vegetables. These make for a well-balancing for replenishing to that which may be assimilated, but without assimilation and proper digestion little may be rebuilded or replenished in an active body.
19. (Q) What shall I do for my eyelids? (A) Well that there be applied of evenings the scraped Irish potato; and of mornings when this is bathed, bathe with a weak solution of an antiseptic that will cleanse same. This will bring a much bettered condition. This is local; not necessary to be applied so often, after the applications of the manipulations and vibrations are made, and packs.
20. (Q) How much sleep does the body need? (A) Eight to twelve hours.
21. (Q) Are lemons good for the body? (A) With other things; not alone.
22. (Q) In what manner may the body best relax? (A) In a half reclining position.
23. (Q) What kind of bread should the body eat? (A) The whole wheat is the better.
24. (Q) Is rye bread good for the body? (A) Toasted is well, or very fresh.
25. (Q) How much water should the body drink each day? (A) At least ten glasses.
26. (Q) Any further advice that will be of help to this body?
326-3 Page 5
(A) As outlined, SEE self KEEPING in those balances necessary for the replenishing and rebuildlng of the system. Do that.
27. (Q) Is milk good for the body? (A) Preferably malted milks, or dried milks - these are better than the other kinds.
28. (Q) Would you recommend Clem as a dried milk? (A) This is very good, but there are some better than this.
29. (Q) What is considered the best brand of dried milk? (A) Borden's, or Mikelson's [?], or that known just as Dry Milk.
