Time of Reading 12:00 to 12:30 Noon - Eastern Standard Time. ..., N.Y.
1. HLC: You will have before you the entity [327], present in this room. You will give a mental and spiritual reading for the entity, with special reference to her present surroundings and conditions, and adjustment for the greatest possible mental and spiritual development in the present experience. You will answer the questions that may be asked.
2. EC: Yes, we have the entity here, [327]; those conditions and experiences about the body that have influenced and do influence the mental and spiritual surroundings of the body.
3. In giving that which we find may be helpful for the body in the present experiences, well that the body analyze for self that purpose for which each soul enters an experience: For the soul and mental development of same.
4. As the entity has applied itself in those things material and mental in that way and manner in which it has brought not only for self but for those whom the entity has contacted, that awareness of the spiritual influences that must DOMINATE the purposes, the aims and the desires, there has come in the experience of self that which has made for a life, an experience, that has been worth while; bringing with same those joys in the service of those influences that have prompted and do prompt the activities of the body.
5. True, there have been those material surroundings that have at times brought, and do in the present bring doubts and fears for the activities in the future. Not that it alone is the lot or the experience of all for such to arise. Yet the entity will and does experience that in so far and in that measure that those desires for the associations, relations in every sphere of activity, are such that there is brought for OTHERS that which will make for their experience that which has been found in the associations and experiences of self, there may come that which is not only

satisfying to the desires of the body - the desires that make for the aggrandizement of self's own place, position, or power or might - but that which may and does make for the satisfying of the longings that come from deeper within; that there may be created in the inmost self of every soul those awarenesses of the continuity of life in EVERY sphere of experience. THESE will and DO bring those things, those experiences in the life of every soul that make for less and less fear of the future; greater joy, greater pleasure in the experiences of the daily life.
6. Ready for questions.
7. (Q) Please tell me how I can overcome my difficulties. (A) In meeting them only in that attitude, that outline, those promptings, in the manner as we have indicated. For these are not difficulties, if there is kept the proper mental and spiritual attitude of self. They become problems, to be sure; but only in so far as self relies upon self alone do they become difficulties. When they are the problems of the inner self, and meeting the needs of others about the self, then these will make for those channels, those conditions, those surroundings that WILL be met in their proper order and their proper relations.
8. (Q) Into what specific type of work should I go, in order to earn a living for myself? What am I capable of doing? (A) In making those contacts for individuals in the various lines of endeavor in which the body-mental and the body-physical associations have fitted the body for doing. Such as: There are many individuals who seek here, there, for the contacts with the various properties, the various lines of activity or endeavor. And the entity may seek the individuals with the supply, the individuals with the abilities and facilities for meeting the needs of same - whether this be in the commercial activity in real estate or in whatever line! For the body is especially fitted in these specific directions, see? as a contact between those seeking for their activities in varied lines of endeavor.
9. (Q) How can I overcome and meet the conditions in the home and with relatives? (A) These must be necessarily analyzed in self as to the conditions, as to the experiences of each; knowing there must be the proper relationships, to be willing to give and take in their proper relations and conditions. And, as we find, if the mental attitude is not that of antagonism but rather of finding as to how and where there may be the coordinating points of contact, the conditions may be better all the way round. Do not look for that which creates strife in the lives of others; but rather look for that

which is the most pleasing - and then in self there is shown forth in thine own experience that which will be the more pleasing, the more satisfactory in thine own self. For, if one would have friends, one must be friendly. If there would be peace with thine neighbor, thine relative, thine associates, be peaceful in thine self. For ever does the law of the spiritual import hold good, that like begets like. So, keep in that attitude, that approach, that being in self. If we would ever keep in that way, we would find those conditions and circumstances lifted - and we would come to the real joys in life.
10. (Q) How can I be of the greatest assistance in making the theatre party, in which I am interested, successful? (A) Using those same policies, those same tactics that have been indicated as to how to make for the proper contacts, the proper associations, the proper relations to the supply, the demand; the needs of this or that activity in its various associations or spheres of activity. And we will find it will become not as a problem. Let not the activity be as a problem, but make it a joy in the service that is being rendered - as a thing of joy, as pleasant, as pleasing, as satisfactory; knowing that these are the seed which will bring forth - in the very associations - that which is making for the life and the experience worth while.
11. (Q) Will the work be successful under the present plan of operations? (A) Be some alterations or some changes, as we find; but if the policies, tactics, activities are kept in accord with those outlines and suggestions, as we find, these would be - and can be made - most satisfactory.
12. (Q) When and through whom should I make an effort to sell my property in Jamaica? [L.I.] (A) As we find, as these associations go about in the fruition of the activities with the various associations and connections that are being brought about, we find there will be those connections and activities that will bring the proper associations for the disposal of this in a satisfactory way and manner. As we find, these should come in the early portions of the coming year.
13. (Q) Should I file suit for an automobile accident last week? (A) If there are those activities that make for not the settlements in the proper channels, without the means of resorting to same; then resort to same. It is much preferable without same. And, as we find, if there are the approaches made through those channels, it may be settled - for there are those protections by those in which the accident happened.

14. (Q) Regarding the Physical [See previous rdgs. for hypertension, etc.], why do I get dizzy spells, and what should be done? (A) As we have indicated, there are those high pressures that are produced by those taxations in the system that produce pressure on the body, that causes the reaction - such as to cause an overflow not only to the head but to the heart, to the lungs. These would be relieved, as we find, by relieving the pressures in the colon area. So, we would use the high irrigations or colonics, that will remove these pressures. And be mindful of the diet. Not too heavy of meats or high-seasoned foods. And we should have a much nearer normal balance in the body.
15. (Q) How often should the colonics be taken? (A) Oh, every two weeks; something like every ten days or two weeks for two or three; then they may be made once a month or something like that. This depends, of course, upon the pressure and activity of the body; but this would as we find - make for the tendencies for the much more satisfactory activity, mentally AND physically. And we would do it!
16. (Q) Any special solution, or plain irrigations? (A) From the very nature of the condition, as we find, it would not be well to use just a plain or the ordinary soap irrigations; but rather as this: To the first gallon and a half or two gallons of water used, add a level tablespoonful of salt (sodium chloride) and a heaping tablespoonful of Bicarbonate of Soda (baking soda). In the latter portion of the irrigation, or the rinse water, use at least two tablespoonsful of Lavoris - or such a nature. Then at the very last we would use the Alkalin Agar in the water; which necessitates being stirred in, you see. Do not irritate the mucous membranes, you see; but leave an alkalin base. Keep the physical fit, and the mental attitude in that of constructive force; not only in self but in those things that the body would associate self with. And we will find the much more satisfactory experiences in this period.
17. We are through for the present.
