Time of Reading 4:00 to 4:20 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body, [333].

2. As we find, the physical conditions are not so good. While there are not those things to be overanxious about, there must be some precautions taken immediately, else there will arise those conditions that will be hard to cope with.

3. There has been gradually builded in the activities of the glands and in the character of the eliminations those conditions that have become effective to the structural portions of the body, or that would affect sooner or later the ENDS of the bones in those portions where the tissue or the cartilaginous forces in the extremities, and even in the spine itself, would be affected. This is indicated in the character of the blood supply itself, if its elements were separated into those characterizations that are being carried into the blood stream itself and not wholly being eliminated even through the clarifying organs, as well as the conditions being produced in the organs where clarification takes place. Hence the conditions in the respiratory system, not so much in the lungs themselves as in the tissue in throat, in the tonsil, in the soft tissue of the face, of the nose, even the soft tissue about the ear and those conditions in the liver and kidneys, and - naturally - with these drosses becoming more and more burdensome to the system for the eliminations, those conditions where the walls of the abdominal area have been thinned by conditions that formerly existed, these give more distress to the body. As also in those areas where the activities in the sphincter muscles of the lower portion of the alimentary canal give distresses at times to the system.

4. As we find, these are the necessary forces to be added to the system at this time for the better eliminations, for the better clarification of conditions in the system:

5. First we would begin with the use of the compound known as Atomidine, to make for an activity in the glands of the

333-4 Page 2

system that will produce the activities towards eliminations and the effective activity upon the thyroids, the adrenals, the lacteals, and the ducts throughout the system as pertaining to the activities of the secretive and excretive forces of the liver itself. We would take these properties in this way and manner:

6. We would take three drops in a glass of water before breakfast, you see, upon arising of morning. We would take three drops in half a glass of water before retiring of an evening. Keep this up for a period of five days. Rest five days. Then begin again with five drops in the morning and in the evening, and take for at least five days before another rest period. After the next rest period go back to the three drops again for the four or five day period. Keep repeating this procedure for at least four or five periods altogether, you see.

7. Also we would be more mindful of the diet. This we would change to this form:

8. Little or no meats of ANY kind, and when meat at all is taken let it be preferably lamb (not fried) or fowl (not fried). No greases much, then, for the body. Only the whole wheat or corn bread in the form of breads, and no FRIED vegetables or potatoes or things of that nature. No fried things at all. Preferably this would be an outline:

9. Mornings - citrus fruit juices or fresh fruits, and preferably the grape fruit or lemon - though oranges may be taken occasionally. Whole wheat browned bread or toast, with coffee (without cream). At times a coddled egg may be taken, or a poached egg, but NO FRIED eggs; and preferably only the yolk should be used.

10. Noons - either vegetable juices or fresh green RAW vegetables; as lettuce, tomatoes, carrots, peppers, celery and the like. All of these may be taken. An ordinary oil dressing may be used, preferably that generally used for dressing with green vegetables; with whole wheat crackers or the like. And here there may be taken, after the noon meal, a cereal drink; such as Ovaltine or the like.

11. Evenings - fresh vegetables but well-cooked, and there may be added at times the meats as indicated. Liver (broiled), fish (broiled), lamb (broiled or stewed), or fowl may be taken occasionally; but more of the vegetables.

12. After we have taken the Atomidine for at least three days, begin with the Epsom Salts baths and a THOROUGH rubdown after same. Have the water tepid, but so that the body lies in same; not a saturated solution, but a pound to a pound and a half of the Epsom Salts to twenty or thirty gallons of water, see? and the body should lie in same for

333-4 Page 3

ten, twenty to thirty minutes. Then have a thorough rubdown after same, especially from the base of the brain to the lower portion of the spine. When the body is thoroughly rubbed down with a coarse towel, massage into the spine a compound that would be prepared in this manner:

13. To 6 ounces of Russian White Oil, add: Rub Alcohol (not wood alcohol but rub alcohol - denatured alcohol).......2 ounces, Witchhazel............................2 ounces, Olive Oil.............................1 ounce, Red Cedar Oil (not nut oil, but the red cedar oil)..........1/2 ounce, Sassafras Oil.........................5 minims.

14. Shake all these together before the quantity is poured out to be massaged in the spine following the rubdowns.

15. Such baths would be taken about twice each week, in the evening preferably; and about two tablespoonsful would be required of this solution to be massaged into the spine.

16. For the hernia and the condition in the abdominal area, it will be necessary that these receive special attention from osteopathic manipulations and adjustments; requiring, as we find, about three to six treatments to overcome these conditions.

17. If the body will adhere to these things, we will get rid of all these bad conditions.

18. At first with the taking of the Atomidine there will be a great deal of change in the conditions, making for more uniform ACHING all over the system; but when the RUBS are begun this will disappear.

19. Should eliminations be required more from the alimentary canal (and there should be an evacuation thoroughly each day), use high enemas; these are preferable to any cathartic or laxative. For with the change in the diets, with the change in the activities, we will gradually correct these conditions that have been a hindrance to the better physical forces of the body of [333].

20. Ready for questions.

21. (Q) What is causing pains in head, particularly at base of brain? (A) The unbalanced condition in the blood supply, as we have indicated by those things that have been forming in portions of the system, where too much silicon has been carried into the body from too much proteins that have been assimilated by the body.

22. (Q) Are the eyes giving trouble, and are the glasses

333-4 Page 4

being worn of the proper kind? (A) Much of this is from a sympathetic condition, and will be gradually improved with the change in the diet and the activities that we have indicated for the better distribution of a NEW BLOOD SUPPLY throughout the system. Then, after the Atomidine has been taken for the period indicated, we would have the eyes examined and the glasses then changed - if these are necessary. As we find, the eyes will be much better, the general circulation, the general feelings and activity of the whole system will be greatly improved. We would do that.
