Time of Reading ... Avenue, 3:30 to 3:45 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Md. (GD failed to get the change in address for appointment, so the home address was presented by GC instead of the Navy Bldg. [Bureau of Yards & Docks, Washington, D.C.] where he was at work. We didn't understand until EC awakened, that another address had been given by Mr. [333].)
1. EC: Yes - we do not find the body here, but we have those impressions, [333]; these we have had before.
2. As we find in the present, toxic forces - which arise from accumulations of poisons from the lack of proper eliminations - cause a disturbance through the circulatory forces as related to the heart's activity, the liver, and especially the balancing as it were between the normal equilibriums of the body.
3. Thus the dizziness, the inclination for the bad color, the flush conditions which appear at times; the cold sensations and at other times the flush; the easily tiring, the loss of vitality, the loss of the optimism. All of these arise from such toxic forces in the system.
4. As we find, there should be a thorough cleansing of the system. This we find would best be accomplished with the use of the fruit salts - that is, the Eno Salt. In the beginning we would take about a teaspoonful three times each day, before the meals. After this has been begun, and there are better eliminations, it may be gradually reduced to once or twice a day.
5. Also there should be a closer adherence to the diet that was indicated for the body in the earlier periods - when there were the cleansing foods and forces to be taken for the system.
6. And a manipulation osteopathically given, once a week until four or five are taken, would be most beneficial for the body.
7. As to the mental attitude - this has much to do with the general system. We would adhere to suggestions that have been made to read - not as rote, not as mere reading but realizing, experiencing - the 14th, 15th, 16th and 17th of

John as being to the SELF! These will aid in better conditions for the body.
8. As we find, so far as the hernia is concerned - this had best be fitted by the one who may make proper adjustments. The Brooks type would be the preferable, but this should be fitted if it would aid in retaining the disturbances which arise from same.
9. Ready for questions.
10. (Q) What is best to do that there may be strength given to work? (A) As indicated, relieve the toxic forces so that that which is eaten may be the better assimilated; and use the diets that have been formerly indicated. Do these and as we find we will bring the better influences and forces about the body.
