Time of Reading 11:10 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. Washington, D.C.

1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for further corrective measures; answering the questions, as I ask them:

2. EC: Yes.

3. As we find, conditions are not so good.

4. There are those tendencies for an overflow of the lymph, and the accumulations in the superficial circulation of fluids.

5. These produce pressures that are indicated as a part of the distresses to the body.

6. We would have regular hydrotherapy treatments, with the eliminations through colonic irrigations; with special precautions taken as for the conditions in the intestinal tract where the hernia conditions or folds allow the intestines to become enmeshed. These precautions should be taken when the irrigations are given. Follow these with hot and COLD showers, or the needle or electric bath from hot and cold, with a thorough rubdown.

7. Also about twice a week we would have a deep osteopathic adjustment made by an osteopath - NOT by the masseur or hydrotherapist.

8. Do these.

9. Take precautions as not to overeat of sugars or fats.

10. And we would bring - soon - bettered conditions for this body.

11. Ready for questions.

12. (Q) What should be done to remove lump underneath chin, and has this any connection with the suffocating and cough? (A) The cough is partially from smoking and partially from the pressures produced by the lump, as well as the general conditions. As we find, we would remove the general causes - if we would remove the lump and the trouble. Do that.

13. (Q) Should I cut down on smoking?
