1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for further corrective measures; answering the questions, as I ask them:

2. EC: Yes, we have the body, [333]; this we have had before.

3. As we find, while conditions show some improvements from the last experience here, there is still much to be desired - if the body would function the nearer normal.

4. Many changes have come about gradually. Some of these are to the betterment and others are not so good.

5. In that there has gradually grown more and more susceptibility of the body to have accumulations or pockets forming from the lymph circulation segregating itself, or forming into cells - as indicated in neck or throat - these show weakening in the cells that build resistances for keeping an equilibrium in the lymph and the superficial circulation.

6. We find that these pockets - as this - MAY reach such proportions as to require operative measures, so that there is not too much of a drain on the system through such accumulations - or the possibility or probability of setting up such conditions as to draw internally upon the vitality of the body; thus altering the abilities of resistances to be replenished through the body.

7. Hence measures that are necessary should be applied, if practical in the experience of the body.

8. Those drainages that have been set up, by the stimulations to areas that assist in the producing of coordination in the eliminating centers and areas of the body, have proved helpful. Yet these are not yet sufficient in their ability to carry off the poisons, or to drain so as to allow these accumulations to be eliminated through drainages.

9. As indicated also, the natural pressures that are the result through the abdominal areas, where there has been the necessity for the use of a truss - owing to the conditions

there - tend not so much to aggravate as to PREVENT the better eliminations in the alimentary canal.

10. Then, we would add more of the colonic irrigations. But be careful, in the administration of these, that there is not such a ballooning of any area or portion of the colon as to cause irritating effects in the hernia area.

11. These we would take sufficiently often, as well as the adjustments and massages, to thoroughly cleanse the colon of ANY mucous and any inclination that causes the slowed circulation which prevents the drainages eliminating these poisons from the system.

12. Do have such colonics body temperature in the main portion of same. In the first waters, use at least a heaping teaspoonful of salt and a level teaspoonful of soda to each gallon. In the cooler solution, to be used last as a rinsing solution, (cool, though not cold), put first a tablespoonful of Glyco-Thymoline to the gallon of water, and then two tablespoonsful of the alkalin Petrolagar. It is necessary that the Petrolagar be kept stirred as this is injected into the colon area.

13. Then we would massage, not hard, but more on the edge of the center in the throat, with Cocoa Butter, melted. This will aid the ducts to drain, and SHOULD bring results in reducing this lymph accumulation in throat.

14. In the matter of the diet - keep close to these as the principal characters:

15. Little of beef or hog meat; rarely any; but if beef is taken, take it rather as beef juice.

16. Have plenty of sea foods, though, of all characters; vegetable soups also. Not that only liquids are to be taken, but the combination soups and broths are the better for the greater amount of building energies may be obtained than from the inflammatory conditions as may be produced from the more severe foods.

17. Leafy vegetables are preferable to the dried character.

18. With the sea foods, have plenty of celery, especially, and that character of leafy, raw vegetables.

19. These, as we find, may bring the bettered conditions for this body.

20. Ready for questions.

21. (Q) Is the truss being worn causing pressures to be builded in the abdominal area? (A) As indicated, this is not so much the nature of something being builded as it is the tendency for the slowing of drainages and eliminations. Thus the necessity, as we find, for increasing the eliminations by cleansing the colon thoroughly; that there may be more effectual drainages

set up by the stimulations given in the adjustments and in the activity of the diets indicated in the present. Do all these things, if we would make the better conditions for this body.

22. We are through for the present. Copy to Self " " Ass'n file (GD enclosed Beef Juice directions.) s.)
