Time of Reading 10:25 to 10:55 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. New York City.

1. GC: You will have before you the body and enquiring mind of [335], who is in his office, ... St., N.Y.C. together with his various connections and associations and the propositions which have been recently made him. You will advise Mr. [335] regarding the advisability of making a change in his business, explaining in detail what would be his best step, why, and what can be expected from such a step. You will answer the questions which he has submitted.

2. EC: Yes, we have the body, the enquiring mind, [335]; the PHYSICAL body we have had here before.

3. The conditions that present themselves in the mental forces or aptitudes of the body at present are momentous in their very inception, when the activities of the body are considered as a whole in the present operations.

4. The character, the nature of the propositions, their relative effect in the varied fields of operation all such, to be sure, should be considered in analyzing the conditions that present themselves for consideration at this time.

5. The conditions in the affairs of the present organization (as stock brokers, or acting agents for individuals or corporations in their change), and the conditions that exist not only in the immediate surroundings in the country at large but the relative relations in the nations also, are to be considered; as well as the conditions that present themselves for consideration in the propositions that are confronting the body at the time, in considering a change.

6. As we find from here, in considering these conditions for the body individually, it would be well for a change to be made. When considering much in the nature of the associations in the ORGANIZATION [brokerage firm], some will find it would not be "so hot" for a change!

7. Then, as to why there should be a change - why such would offer opportunities for that the body holds as its ideals, as to a position in the affairs, as to the relationships of the body as an individual to the country, the nation, to the

335-2 Page 2

world as a whole let us consider the following:

8. What ARE the ideals? What ARE the purposes and aims? What are the desired positions of the body, when analyzed by self? Just the accumulation of power, money, the position that comes with the accumulation of moneys? NEVER - or never altogether, in the basic thought of the individual - has this been true! Rather has it been builded that the necessity of having that power, or that which creates that power, is the basis of the IDEALS of the inner man!

9. It is well that the body take this into consideration, then, at this time when changes are probable, when conditions are such in the present associations that the activities, much that the body would have set, or the position the body would occupy (that is, by desire), may bring discontent, fear, an unsatisfactory feeling from within; for it is not yet all of life JUST to live, neither all of death to die!

10. For, what has an individual gained if he gains power, fame, money, position, and yet loses his own soul through the fear of the reactions from the necessitated activities in the line of endeavor?

11. Then, consider which of the propositions would be the more satisfactory, in line with that which would bring greater contentment to the body in the activities of its relations to its fellow man at this time.

12. In the present surroundings (We will analyze these, if we may) there are to be curtailments in activities of such an organization with which the body finds self affiliated at this time; not only in state but in national and international scope, which would make some activities that - to the body - must grow more and more unsatisfactory (if the returns are to remain any way near commensurate with that which has been expected, or that is justifiable in being expected, from the activities of the organization as a whole).

13. True, the organization fills a place in the affairs of peoples, of organizations, of corporations; yet the place from now on must of necessity either become more questionable or the activities so curtailed as to not bring those returns that have been brought in the past.

14. As to the first of the propositions, then, that are offered to the body at this time, this represents that which to many minds is questionable business, questionable association, by the very acts that have been registered by a people for years; yet the turn in sentiment, the turn in basic thought, makes for a different position. And with the national, the international associations (and the relations

335-2 Page 3

through the activities of the present organization), there may be set up such an organization - with the body's connection with same - for the manufacture and sale of those products that have been questionable, such a relation that will bring manifold more powers in moneys, in positions, that - PROVIDED these are used and not ABUSED - will bring, THROUGH this increased activity or power in money for the body, that of QUITE an enviable position. Hence, as we find, this offers a real opportunity for the body at this time, and with the changes that are coming in the national and international affairs offers - for the ideal, for the power of money - the better proposition in the present.

15. As to the other proposition in regard to the sale, importation and exportation of commodities - this at the present offers a field of activity that may hardly be excelled; yet the unstabilization, the unstabilized position of many of the countries and nations (and as seen within the OWN borders of the own country!), would make for a large question mark, without the contentment that would come from this association. While it is true that a deeper contentment in the engaging in this line of endeavor may be felt, materially and mentally such would bring many a headache!

16. As to the consideration of carrying on in the present associations and connections - as we have given, this may be made a factor for power, a factor to be considered; however, those questionable conditions must arise in the activities of the organization, through the curtailment in the fields of activity that have heretofore been questioned little or not at all.

17. Hence the body must, after all, choose for himself. There is set before thee the analyses, here as from within. And, as WE find, the first proposition and the change through the periods that are to come, in unsettled affairs here, there and yon, with the changes that must come in the reconstruction and reorganizing of the various activities throughout the country would offer the greater opportunities, the greater possibilities, for filling that which is held as the ENTITY'S - or the soul's - ideal.

18. As to that ideal being correct or proper - each soul is accountable unto its Maker for that it does with its opportunities at each and every turn of its experience in that we call life in the earth's plane.

19. Study, then, to show thyself approved unto that thou would worship in thy Creator; for, as given, there must be those activities ever within the heart and soul of a body such that it may look within self - or look self in the face

335-2 Page 4

and know that it has not failed that which is nearer akin to that it would worship as its God!

20. What IS thine God? Make, then, those decisions in self, through those conditions that HAVE been builded in thine experience; for we live most with ourselves - and we never fool ourselves.

21. Ready for questions.

22. (Q) Will you outline the conditions that will come about in this country that will make it advisable to take up the brewery business? (A) This has been indicated in that given, in analyzing the position of the various conditions - the three phases of activities that have been presented here. In the present line of business there are curtailments to come in the activities of such organizations, that must make for a change as to the returns in dollars and cents - and a position that to self is QUESTIONABLE. These will come from national and INTERNATIONAL associations, in adjustments. The mercantile associations, as given, are of constructive natures; yet - in the CHANGES that must come, in the stabilization of the relations internal and foreign - many a worry would arise before these would be stabilized to satisfactory conditions. As to MATERIAL changes, these are builded rather - as we are giving for relationships of the body - for the MENTAL, and we MEET the material conditions with what we have builded from the spiritual and mental aspects of a body. For, the mental is the builder.

23. (Q) Are there any other propositions which it would be advisable for me to consider at this time? (A) Associations and relations in many a way and manner may be made effective, and bring contentments in the activities of the body. As WE find in the present, and the present situations - as to where they have advanced, this one as suggested offers the better opportunity now.
