1. EC: Yes, we have had this body before. Now, we find in many ways the body shows improvements. Especially is this seen in the condition as exists in the intestinal system, or in the reactions in the mesenteric system, and those conditions as have to do most with the vegetative nerve reactions. While those conditions in the capillaries and the lymph indicate that the torpidity in the liver still exists, as is seen from disturbances in the circulation to the capillaries - this, however, in BASIC forces, bettered. We need yet more stimuli for the liver and the excretory system, and keep away from potashes in the system, for these tend to irritation. Would be well were the elm [Powdered Elm] and the saffron [American Saffron] used in the water as taken, and not too much OF the water, but sufficient that the system may absorb sufficient to keep the activities in digestive system OPERATIVE in a near normalcy. The activity of the VIOLET ray, [hand machine, bulb] rather than the ultra-violet, for the present, will be a better stimuli - and well were this given in the lower extremities, and in the active centers where the capillaries are most prominent; as in throat, armpits, elbows, palms, groins, knees, feet, ankles - see?

2. (Q) Should present diet be changed? If so, what diet advised? (A) None that carries potash, but rather those that carry more of the iodine. These will be the better at the present, PROVIDED the water is kept, and the treatments and manipulation. Be WELL - though it will be irritating to the body - were the sweat baths be given occasionally. These carrying, in the steam or vapor, those of witchhazel, which will irritate - but soothe, and act with the capillaries.

The diet - follow that as given, that the potashes are eliminated. Most anything else may be used, just so it is

alternated or changed sufficient as not to tire the body in any direction.

4. (Q) Are the abrasions ready for the use of ointments? (A) Not yet.

5. (Q) Will abrasions on head cause baldness? (A) No.

6. (Q) What care should be given face? (A) Those of the witchhazel steams will get rid of those conditions where the skin, or where the burns have been produced in the system.
