Time of Reading Apt. 1416, 11:35 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. New York City. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body here - this we have had before. Many changes now have taken place in the physical forces of this body since last we had same. As has been indicated from time to time, there are a great many tendencies and weaknesses as have existed in the body, due to the period of time under which the body has been under strain. Naturally, with the tendency or the inclination to be tired out by the changes in the season, by the indoor activities, and by these tendencies in the system, there is occurring those [effects] of heaviness in the feet, the lower limbs become draggy, the body is feeling as if it were pulsating in BETWEEN the skin and body itself. Heaviness throughout the head and the activities of the digestive system. Not as good as they should be.

2. Would be WELL were the body to CHANGE its surroundings for a time, and have those manipulations, those [activities] of the setting up of the eliminations as had been, and have been outlined for the body. Especially in colonic irrigations about once a week, those of the sweats that open up the avenues of the coordinating of the eliminating systems. Manipulations sufficient to keep the equilibrium.

3. We would change, then, to the surroundings that have been so beneficial to the body. [Cayce Hospital, Virginia Beach, Va.]

4. We are through with this reading.
