1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [337] - this we have had before. Now, we find the general physical conditions show much improvement from many of those conditions as have existed regarding the physical forces of the body. As we find, there needs be rather those precautions as respecting the conditions through the digestive and assimilating system. Be mindful that the diets are kept that will build for the proper relationships of the blood supply; also that there are no poisons left in the system, as disturb the vegetative nerve system, or the organs of assimilation. These, as we find, with those conditions as will make for the proper distribution of energies, will aid and KEEP the body in a much nearer normal condition. Ready for questions.

2. (Q) How often osteopathic treatments? (A) If they are given thorough enough, every other day, or every third day - but they would have to be good!

3. (Q) How often may body go in bathing? (A) That would depend upon the time of day, and as to how LONG the body remained in same. About every OTHER day, and not more than twenty to thirty minutes at any one time.

4. (Q) How much outdoor exercise is advisable? (A) Much outdoor exercise is good for the body. In THIS body, do not tire the system as to make strains on same, for we do not desire to attack the system as related to its reserve energy. In some conditions it becomes necessary to tire the body. In this, do not over tire the body.

5. (Q) How much rest? (A) At least three to four hours during the day. This may be divided into different periods.

6. (Q) Would you advise colonic irrigations? (A) We certainly would!

7. (Q) How often? (A) Once each week, or twice IF necessary.

8. (Q) What is cause and treatment of bloody expectorant?

(A) The system attempting to adjust itself through the various conditions as respecting elimination. There must be remembered, there has been given that there were conditions existent in the throat and lungs that were bad. Now the system has begun to adjust itself. The eliminations are not that as is of the absorptive nature. This has been guarded against, in a manner, through the character of properties given, and of conditions as existed in, especially, the alimentary canal. Hence segregations in the system, and throwing off through such, is not a bad sign, provided the body doesn't THINK it is; but use those activities and those conditions for the further corrective measures for system, as to create a normal balance in eliminations, see? Treatment, then, as related to same, is that there be set up that of the perfect - or as near so as possible - circulation as related to the pulmonaries themselves. PUMP the lungs well when such [osteopathic] treatments are given. This will PRODUCE much of an expectorant, but use that as will aid same after such expectoration; those [properties] [As in 538-18?] [Grain Alcohol, Eucalyptol, Creosote, Tincture of Tolu, Rectified Oil of Turp, etc.?] of the inhalant as will act as a clarifier, and as an active force in healing, see? Well, also, for such as THIS to be prepared, and this would be well for most every condition in its beginning, or termination. Prepare first as this: This as a carrier: Take 16 ounces distilled water, and Wild Cherry Bark 8 ounces. This should be boiled, or steamed together, and reduced to 8 ounces when strained off. Also prepare Horehound and Tansy, 3 ounces of each in 12 ounces of water. Reduce THIS to half the quantity. Put the 2 solutions, then, together. Add to this 4 ounces of simple syrup, reducing again until there is 8 ounces, see? Then, to this add: Oil of Sassafras...........................1/4 ounce, Syrup of Rhubarb...........................1/4 ounce, Spirits Frumenti (at least 90% pure).........4 ounces, Tincture of Capsici..........................3 minims. Shake it together before the dose is taken, which would be a teaspoonful at a dose, and it may be taken WHENEVER necessary, preferably just before retiring and on arising of morning. This is an excellent expectorant.

9. (Q) Would you advise using battery? (A) Use battery [Radio-Active Appliance] for the

coordination of the system as related to the nerve supply and to the circulatory system. This, in this particular manner in which it has been outlined for the body, is for that of the circulation as related to nerve and the lymphatic circulation. This we would take at least ONCE each day, preferably take this during one of the rest periods. Be more exhilarating to the body if taken before noon. Be rather more of the sleeping, or hypnosis effect, taken in the afternoon. So, if the body becomes RESTLESS, why it may be taken in the afternoon - NOT at night.

10. That is all the questions regarding this body.

11. The body is much improved, and is in that condition and position where it may be builded properly for a long and useful life - and USE it for SOMETHING! Two copies to Dr. Lydic Copy to Ass'n office " " Research Department
