Time of Reading 11:25 to 11:35 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. New York City.

1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for further corrective measures; answering the questions she has submitted, as I ask them:

2. EC: Yes.

3. As we find, there are periods when apparently there is great improvement; then there are others when there seems to be a reactory condition.

4. We find that, through the manipulations and some of the administrations, there is too much of the low electrical forces applied at times; though in the main these treatments have been in line with the suggestions.

5. But we should find a great deal of improvement with the body, and not so much of those effects of a vibratory nature that upset the coordination between superficial and deeper circulation, if the general neuropathic manipulations would be given for the aiding of the superficial as well as the deeper circulation; and keeping better eliminations through the general system or alimentary canal.

6. In the diet there should be sufficient raw foods to make for better activity in eliminations through the alimentary canal, and to produce or bring about the better conditions in the eliminating of the poisons that have been in excess through portions of the system; especially at this period in the activities of the functioning of the system. These should not be in such quantities as to produce excess fermentation or the formation of gas through the alimentary canal, but one meal each day should consist principally of either vegetable juices or the raw fresh vegetables, and at times part of two meals each day - in such measures as to increase and aid in the eliminations. And no quantities of grease of any nature should be taken in the general foods for the body.

7. Do these and as we find we may bring the better forces for this system.

8. Ready for questions.

9. (Q) What causes the terrible weakness in the groin? (A) The pulling down, or the lack of proper eliminations through the alimentary canal. And, as indicated, the usage of the vegetables and fruit juices should aid more in producing better conditions in this direction and thus alleviating, as well as the neuropathic massages along the limbs and especially over the abdomen and the cerebrospinal system should aid in this direction.

10. (Q) What causes pains in the uterus? (A) These are a part of the same condition, though more of a general nervous reaction. Hence the low electrical forces as indicated, WITHOUT the vibratory forces that produce disturbances to the glandular forces of the system.

11. (Q) What causes discomfort in breathing at times? (A) This is again a nervous reaction and, as indicated, should be improved if the suggestions are followed along the lines as given - as to the manipulations as well as the administration of the electrical forces.

12. (Q) What causes the food to remain undigested in the body? (A) Not enough of the eliminations active, or peristaltic movements. Hence the quantity, or some quantities of foods that are of the nature that would cause a greater peristaltic reaction in the system would be more beneficial.

13. (Q) Please prescribe treatment for the restoration of the hair to bring about a normal condition. (A) Here, as we find, as has been indicated at times for the body, the use of crude oil would be beneficial, followed with Vaseline, and a very light activity from alcohol in water; that is, twenty parts water to one part grain alcohol - not rub or denatured alcohol.

14. (Q) The nails split and are in bad condition. What can be done to correct this? (A) This is again a nervous condition, as well as the activity of the glandular forces as stirred by the vibratory forces which, as we have indicated, we would change for the body; and with more of the fresh vegetables and fruits we should add to the system the activity of the thyroids in such measures as to take from those properties for assimilation that needed for strengthening in this direction. The use also of Calcios here would be advisable, not only aiding or stimulating the circulatory forces but adding sufficient activity through the stimulating of the general system by the neuropathic and the low electrical forces to act upon the thyroid and the glandular system in such

measures as to aid in much better superficial circulation, as well as in the character of those activities through the glands which produce the cuticle and hair, as well as nails and the like. The proportion of Calcios would be about the quantity that would be spread on a cracker, as butter. This also, for this body, would be taken only every OTHER day.

15. (Q) What specific electrical machine should be used? (A) The low electrical vibratory forces, or the lowest form that may be applied in the Diathermy.

16. (Q) Has the body been cooperating fully with instructions given in the Reading? (A) These have been very well, save in the applications as indicated. We would take more of the neuropathic treatments, and more of the low Diathermy treatment.

17. (Q) What causes periods of utter fatigue? (A) Lack of proper assimilation, and nervous reaction. If they will do those things indicated, in a consistent manner, we should find much better conditions for this body of [337].
