1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for further corrective measures; answering the questions she has submitted, as I ask them:
2. EC: Yes.
3. As we find, while conditions show a great improvement since that as we have had here before, this does not indicate that all of the disturbances or the troubles have been eliminated from the system.
4. For, as has been indicated many times before, conditions throughout this body HAVE been under strain in SO MANY varied ways that there are disturbances in not only the functioning of the organs but in the ability of the system to create within the activity of the glandular forces the necessary elements for the replenishing of the activity in the organs themselves.
5. This accounts, then, for the slowness with which the body has in many ways responded. But if there are the precautions, especially in the manner of the diet and the activities of the body until there is the return to the occasional applications of those suggestions that have been made for the stimulating to the central nervous system for the better activities, we will find the body will continue to be somewhat on the improve.
6. As to those conditions relating to the heart's activity, - this is from the slowing up of the blood supply, or the low pressure; and thus calling for the use of the most of the blood through the system at times to be active through the body. This slowed circulation also accounts for the disturbances that arise at times in the feet; the lower limbs become heavy, sometimes a bit swollen - the conditions in the rectal area; these are all from a slowed circulation.
7. Local application of TIM for the rectal disturbance will be most beneficial. Also a little light exercise, with those corrections - as soon as practical - through the whole of the cerebrospinal system, will keep the bettered

conditions through the general activity of the body.
8. Then, we would carry on with those suggestions that have been indicated for the corrective measures through Miller. [Mary Miller, D.C.]
9. Do that.
10. Ready for questions.
11. (Q) Has body been adhering to the proper diet? (A) In most cases it has been very well. As indicated, it is necessary that this be adhered to - not too violent an exercise, but exercise in the open of early mornings and of late afternoons - to walk a good deal - is most helpful. Tire the body sufficient, not to overdo it but to tire the body, and then have a warm rubdown and a glass of warm milk with a little honey stirred in same - this of evening will produce much better rest for the body. Don't overeat, of an evening especially.
12. (Q) What causes the condition in the vagina and groin? (A) This is from the slow circulation. Douches with body-temperature Atomidine solution would be most helpful in relieving the itching, as well as the condition in the groin and other portions of the system. The proportions, for this body, would be three-quarters of a teaspoonful of commercial strength Atomidine in a quart of water, body-temperature. Use only a Fountain Syringe, not that a force nature or the like - but a Fountain Syringe. This done about twice a week would be sufficient.
13. (Q) Should any local application be used in groin? (A) Only use these, and we will find the better conditions for the body.
14. (Q) Any ill effects in fall body suffered? (A) Only as to the strain to the muscular forces and those tendencies for the nerves to keep the body awake. Hence the need for walking, or activity of early morning - and it would be better if it would be done before any meal is eaten - only drinking a little lemon juice in water, and then a nice, long walk. Then rest during the other periods of the day, and in the evening do the same again - afterwards drinking a glass of warm or hot milk - hot enough to dissolve the honey, and this taken just before or at time of retiring.
15. (Q) How can the scalp be kept properly cleansed? (A) As we find, the use of any good antiseptic. As we find, Listerine for this body would be the most preferable, - this not full strength, but to a basin of water about two tablespoonsful, see?
16. We are through with this Reading.
