Time of Reading c/o Roscoe Hosp., 4:10 to 4:15 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. Roscoe, New York. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes, [338] - as [married name]; we have had the body here before. [8/11/37 [338]'s letter requested 338-6 stating she was henceforth using her maiden name and dropping her married name.]

2. Now as we find, it is very well that precautions be kept for the present, in the way of rest; but very SOON the body may change its activities, its environs.

3. The disturbance as indicated that brought on the heart attack is the lack of completing those adjustments that were indicated for the body, and that would relieve the tension in the nerve system and allow better eliminations through the alimentary canal. [See 338-5, especially Par. 12-A.]

4. This type of disturbance is NOT organic, but rather from the activities of the system as related to the functioning of the circulatory forces of the body.

5. And if there will be the osteopathic adjustments in the upper dorsal and through the lumbar area (and we would have it done Dobbins' method), keeping the enemas for removal of the dilation in the portion of the transverse colon, we would find the body would much improve.

6. Ready for questions.

7. (Q) How long before it would be safe to leave the hospital? (A) Within eight days.

8. (Q) Any further advice for the body at this time? (A) We would follow those outlines as for diet, and especially have adjustments of the cerebrospinal pressures. But these may be a part of the application as the effect of the pressures is removed.

Keep in a constructive attitude, mentally, spiritually.

9. We are through with this reading.
