1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for further corrective measures; answering the questions, as I ask them:
2. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [338]; this we have had before.
3. Changes are apparent in the physical forces of the body since last we had same here. In the main most of these are towards betterment.
4. However, the general nervous strain, combined with a confusion of emotions, WITH the condition in the blood pressure, HAS caused the disturbances as produced of the excruciating pains the body has experienced.
5. Gradually we would refrain from the usage of the sedatives; and have or keep handy a stimulant, or that as indicated for the draining of the blood FROM the heart, - not strychnine, but that more in keeping with that indicated; not combined with glycerine, but the derivatives that produce this better heart stimulant - the quantity being given under the direction of a physician, to be sure.
6. And let this be indicated by a good osteopath who will also give a GENERAL relaxing treatment; not a stimulant in any sense, but let particular attention be given to the area in the secondary cardiac plexus center, and the 3rd, 2nd and 1st cervical; with a consideration, too - in these adjustments and manipulations of the relaxing nature, in the lower portion of the 9th dorsal center.
7. Have at least two or three of such general treatments; and a thorough colonic irrigation - to remove especially the effects in the system of the sedatives and stimuli that has been necessarily administered.
8. Thus we will reduce the pressure.
9. Rest, to be sure, regularly. Do not allow self to be over-excited; neither become self-condemning or condemning of circumstance.
10. When the present season permits, it would be BETTER if the body would seek - for a few weeks - a much milder

climate, where there is the sea and sand; not that which is too irritating, but relaxing.
11. Under the greater strain, do not attempt to DEEPLY meditate; but be passive - allowing that consciousness of His presence in thy abiding faith to work in and through thee.
12. For, His promises are sure. Ye are at that period of definite decisions to be made. With HIS love, His promises, His abiding presence, choose to fill that purpose - for self and others - that He has for thee and does direct thee to do.
13. Ready for questions.
14. (Q) What special place or environ in the South would you suggest as best to go? (A) This should be chosen by the body. There are two, yea three; but where it is not too quiet, yet not too much of a hubbub; yet in pleasant environs, and with plenty of those to talk with. And these will make the better surroundings for the body.
15. (Q) What specific heart stimulant is referred to? (A) As indicated, this should be under the direction of the osteopath making those adjustments. Digital and Digitol are those between which the choice is to be made, but the manner of the murmur in the valvular forces of heart should determine just which of these, as the body responds to the adjustments and the better cleansing.
16. (Q) What is causing the high blood pressure? (A) This has been touched upon before, and is the general unbalancing as indicated, and overtaxing of body at times.
