Time of Reading 3:30 and 4:30 P. M. Eastern War Time. ..., Fla.

1. GC: You will go over this body carefully, examine it thoroughly, and tell me the conditions you find at the present time; giving the cause of the existing conditions, also suggestions for help and relief of this body; answering the questions, as I ask them:

2. EC: Yes, we have the body here; this we have had before, you see.

3. As we find, there are still those effects of the plethora condition in transverse and descending colon; that is the source of the greater disturbance to the heart, giving those attacks of fullness, pain and a disturbed circulation from same.

4. The rest is correct, but if we would get rid of the conditions, do have sufficient of colonic irrigations (not too close together) as to remove the sources of disturbance through the colon area. Do not have them too close together but so long as there is an indication of mucous in the stool, do continue to have them. These will get rid of the conditions of the rash or hives, which has been indicated on portions of the body, around the abdomen, at a portion of the side and back; but these are the sources.

5. Do in the diet use more of the fresh raw vegetables, especially do have more watercress and all forms of foods which are grated or ground but do prepare them with the juices.

6. Do have more of the osteopathic relaxing treatments, not stimulating. The heart's disturbance arises more from the pressure upon the organs from the plethoric condition than organic disturbance.

7. Do that.

8. Ready for questions.

9. (Q) What should be done for the cough which hangs on? (A) This is part of the stomach and the intestinal disorder and as these are cleansed the cough will clear up, and there may be taken a local application which would be: beat the

white of an egg very stiff. Put in same the juice of a lemon and eat it, a teaspoonful at the time, whenever the cough is irritating.

10. (Q) Am I too active? (A) Too active with the condition in colon.

11. (Q) How soon should I be able to travel? (A) In at least five to ten days.

12. (Q) Any spiritual advice? (A) Much has been given this body as respecting the mental and spiritual attitude, and that the attitude is reflected more in that in which the individual entity meets its problems with itself as well as with others. If there are the worries and aggravations, these worries and aggravations will reflect in the functioning of the organs of the central nerve and blood supply as well as in the sympathetic. Then know in Whom ye believe and know He is able to keep that ye may commit unto Him against any experience.
