1. EC: We have the body here, [340]. This we have had before. In the general, the body shows decided improvements. In addition to that as has been applied, we would create more of the NON-ACID condition in the system. Not to an overtaxation, to be sure, but there has NOT been kept in the whole as much of the non-acid forming as was given, in the amount and times when this should have BEEN given. We would follow that closer.
2. The activities of the body should NOT be as much as to cause the bearing down on the ascending and descending colon. Any exercise wherein the muscular forces of the body, circular to the head, or the bending with the arms high above the head, will aid much in relieving this. This should be taken at least twice each day.
3. Then we will find the system responding; keeping up, of course, much of that as has been OUTLINED, in a GENERAL way, but gradually LESSENING, of course, the reactions from same.
4. (Q) Outline diet from today on. (A) Those of the pre-digested foods for the morning meals. Fruit, cereals - WHOLE cereals.
Then, in the central - or in the noon meal - this may be changed to those more of the green vegetable nature, but well prepared, so there is not TOO much residue from same. Little or no CONDIMENTS should be added to same, however - though OILS may be used.
In evening, there may be used a LITTLE of flesh, but that being WELL prepared - scraped, or such. This should be kept up in this manner for at least a week or ten days, until the strength has returned. Of course, with the evening meal, there may be taken cooked vegetables - as spinach, kale, cabbage, greens of a nature that are BUILDING in their reaction in system. Whole wheat bread at all times,

preferably this toasted.
5. (Q) How long should patient sit up at a time? (A) In the beginning, for the first ten days - not more than, the first few days, two hours, three hours, gradually increasing same.
6. That is all the questions regarding this body.
7. We are through with this reading.
