1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [340] - this we have had before. In many ways the physical conditions show improvements. While there are at times occasional reoccurrences of some of the conditions as cause or produce [tendencies] for the over acidity in system, and for the changes as come in the activity of the blood supply through portions of the body, as have been under strain, we find as in throat, lung, and in pelvis - these still show improvements, and we would keep occasionally the [osteopathic] [By L. A. Lydic, D.O.] manipulation and adjustments, and a building up of the blood system; so that there is more vitality, more of the resistance in the system. Well to keep the eliminations thorough, and the activity of the hepatic circulation good. Ready for questions.
2. (Q) How often and in what quantities should tonic of iron and quinine and beef, iron and wine be taken? [Wyeth's Beef, Iron & Wine - see 340-12.] (A) Teaspoonful twice each day.
3. (Q) What are the fruit salts, and how often should they be taken? (A) There are many different characters of fruit salts. Of these the best known possible, or most active - is that of Eno's. This is of the lemon and citrus fruits. These should be taken about once each week, twice if necessary - dependent upon the character of the diet as is taken by the system, or better STILL the condition of the mental body when the the diet is taken.
4. (Q) Is the body ready for blood building diet? (A) Just given that.
5. (Q) What should it consist of? (A) Principally those that are reactive with the conditions in the system; as would be of codliver oil, or of those in the olive oil in small quantities. Those of juices of beef, the calves' liver, or - better than either - those of hog

tripe. These are good in blood building. Let one meal each day be of some one of these.
6. (Q) What would you suggest for this body to eat for breakfast, that will digest? (A) Those that will be best of digestion for this body, as we find, for breakfast - will be that of cereals that are hard to chew.
