Time of Reading 12:00 to 12:10 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Tenn. (Physical Suggestion)
1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [340].
2. As we find, conditions are greatly improved throughout the whole body. There needs to be only those precautions, and not as rules or regulations that are to be so hidebound as to make for life itself to become a drudge rather than a pleasure! For, as has been indicated so oft, those that live rather what to many is rather the mediocre but never the extremes make life and its associations in the world better. Enjoy ENJOYMENT in the Lord, as He should be those things that create happiness and harmony and life - and only such can.
3. So, in the diets, in the activities, do those things that bring harmony, peace in the body.
4. When there are those desires or cravings, do not give WAY - but don't deny those things, for there are those elements within same where there are the demands for that necessary for creating the balance within the system. For it has been given oft, there is in a normal healthy individual (alive) EVERY ELEMENT that is known - or may be know - outside of that body! Hence for these to live in harmony it becomes necessary that an even balance be kept within and without. Just as when there are the atmospheric pressures upon a body, the body finds itself adjusting itself to the various changes. Whether the barometer is high or low, the body - while FEELING the effect, unless there be a deficiency in the activity of some organ - in a moment ADJUSTS itself to same! And this should be the same activity throughout the diets of a body. He that sets a rule must live and die by the rule! But he that makes the rule may use and apply those things within and without in such measures, such ways and manners, that will make for the creating of COORDINATION.
5. Do not be excessive in anything! Do not be ABNORMAL! LET'S BE NORMAL IN EVERYTHING!

6. Keep towards rather the alkalin diet, if we would keep down the tendencies for cold or congestion, or for the accumulations of any influence within the system where there are the tendencies from the weakened conditions that have been created by the activities in the intestinal tract, from the colon congestion and from the colon adhesions, to create temperature. Hence in an alkalin state these CANNOT - DO NOT - exist, UNLESS they become EXCESSIVELY alkalin - and then it is more serious than if it were from an acid condition! But keep in a CONSISTENT way and manner. The ways have been pointed out in all of those measures all along.
7. Occasionally have the body GONE OVER, as it were, in the treatments of all those natures that have been given, that we may KEEP the impulses. Then we will find not only has the body been brought to its normalcy for the greater and perfect activity in the present, but it may make its life and its associations more worth while to others.
8. Ready for questions.
9. (Q) Have I taken sufficient amount of Ventriculin? (A) Taken sufficient amount, unless there is seen and known by the desires and cravings that this is NECESSARY. Let's let the appetites not control, but CONTROL the appetites in such a manner that they will warn thee; for thine conscience and thine inner self should be the guide.
10. (Q) Is the support being worn at present helpful to me? (A) MOST helpful.
11. (Q) Should I continue oil packs? (A) Occasionally, when necessary.
12. (Q) Please give any other advice for the continued improvement of my body. (A) First, to every one: Study to show thyself, in thy activities, in the daily life, approved unto an All-Wise, All-Purposeful Creator. Keep thine self in thine judgements and thine relationships to thy Creator, for as thou dost treat thy NEIGHBOR so will ye be judged before thy God. Keep the self, then, in a perfect conscience in the material, in the spiritual, in the mental welfare and associations before others. Let not thine good be evilspoken of, but PRACTICE as ye preach. Act twice to saying once; for thou hast two hands and two feet - but only one tongue. Thou hast two eyes, two ears, and STILL one tongue. Hear and see twice as much as thou speakest. Let thy life towards others, then, reflect that thou bearest in relationships to thy God.
13. We are through for the present.
