Time of Reading ... Ave., 11:30 to 11:35 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Tenn. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body, [340].

2. There are many changes in the general physical forces since last we had same.

3. While the accident has been a very severe way or means for changing some of the associations or tendencies for adhesions through the pelvis, through the small portions of the back, if these conditions are taken advantage of - and the proper adjustments made, osteopathically - and heat applied; preferably pure apple vinegar and heated salt used across the lumbar, across the coccyx area and the lower portion of the spine - we will find that many conditions that are related to the colon's disturbance should be very much better.

4. These may tend to make for a disturbance when periods arise for the eliminations through the regular channels in system, yet there will be an easier changing when these come about by the changes that have been wrought - if there are the proper precautions about the diet, the activities of the body; and - more - the mental attitude.

5. The applications of the salt and vinegar would relieve these heavy tensions and the soreness, for they tend to strengthen the activity about the structural portions of the body.

6. Massage the vinegar in, you see, then apply the heated salt in sacks or bags.

7. Do that.

8. We do not find broken tissue but bruised muscular forces as well as structural portions of part of the spine, especially in the pelvic, the coccyx area.

9. Do these as indicated.

10. Ready for questions.

11. (Q) What specific adjustments should be made? (A) These will come with the natural movements of making for perfect alignment through the lumbar area, through the coccyx and sacral, and throughout the whole of the

cerebrospinal system; for to be sure the whole system was jarred a great deal by the fall.

12. (Q) Any fractured bone? (A) As has been indicated, no break or fracture but irritation to the covering of same - and in the muscular forces. Hence the use of the properties indicated.

13. We are through for the present. Copy to Self " " Ass'n file
