1. GC: You will give the physical conditions of this body at the present time, with further suggestions for the improvement of same. You will answer any questions relative to this body that I may ask.

2. EC: We find the general condition throughout the whole body very good. The conditions as we have had in the cervical and the upper dorsal, and lower and upper lumbar, are very good at the present time. There needs be for the condition in the first, second and third dorsal to be further manipulated, that the nerve and blood supply as assists in the circulation to the eyes in removing dross, and in giving the stimulus to the circulation, that needs be massaged and kept in that manner until the strain is relieved and the proper circulation started by the change that will be made when the eyes are assisted through the wearing of glasses, as given, to assist and relieve the strain. Also the circulation needs be kept stimulated through the portions of the cervical that the eliminations may be increased from the tonsil and the conditions in the throat. This may be assisted very much by using the violet ray over the cervical and upper dorsal also.

3. The glasses should be used and worn until the correction is made in the focal vision in eyes.

4. Do that. Keeping also those properties in system, as has been given, [Fowler's Solution of Arsenic, as in 341-4 & 341-5] [For skin rash?] that the correction in the blood may be brought in the normal channel and manner.

5. Beware of colds in the throat and bronchials, and keep the teeth and mouth in order.

6. These kept, with the stimulation in circulation, will prevent the necessity of operation on tonsils.

7. (Q) Were the eyes correctly examined, and were the glasses correctly fitted? (A) We don't have these here. [9/23/24 He advised that he had just rec'd his glasses and was starting to wear them today.] Glasses should be fitted for the conditions as

exist, needing, as we will find, a compound cylinder lens for the eyes, and the stronger one necessary for the left, and these need of necessity to be changed as the nerve and muscular forces in back portion of eye is corrected. The condition is elongated vision, or nearsightedness.
