This psychic reading given by Edgar Cayce at his office, 115 West 35th Street, Virginia Beach, Va., this 26th day of October, 1928, in accordance with request made by self, through Mr. [1005].

R E A D I N G

1. EC: Yes, we have the body here - this we have had before, you see. The general physical conditions are very good. There needs be more attention given to proper eliminations, and the correct physical exercises to keep the nominal equilibrium through the system. The eliminations may be brought about by a more nominal, or a more active, application of BALANCING the physical and mental reactions of the body, and the eliminations may be assisted best in this manner. Be mindful, too, of the diet. Do not overload the stomach and then sleep on it when the MENTAL body is working so.

2. As for the conditions of eyes, the present condition - as has been given - is the glasses are TOO strong especially for the right eye (left also, but especially in the right) and these should be changed, for the elongivity [elongativity] - or elongaty [elongation] - of the optic vision as reflected is gradually shortening, and the change as would be NECESSARY is to - not so strong, but more of a universality of the reflection in in the vision. Hence the change in the curve as will be necessary for the correct vision for the body. As at PRESENT, the glasses show for the NEAR-sighted, and is the effect of farther sighted. This the strain on the eye. Change these. Ready for questions.

3. (Q) Will the same one [optometrist] in Roanoke who - (A) Same one in Roanoke, Virginia, as HAS corrected these, (or made frames) will correct for the vision also. Take the time to do it!

4. (Q) What specific exercise should the body take? (A) A morning and evening exercise of three to five minutes. General setting-up exercises, especially exercising the lower limbs from the hips down, stooping or changing quick from one foot to the other in the stooping position, or circular motion of the abdominal muscles would be well - with the feet braced and hands on floor, and circular motion of the body - three to five minutes. Be consistent and

persistent with it. This will assist the body MATERIALLY.

5. (Q) Should the body take the head and neck exercises also? (A) This be very good. Especially good with the changing of the glasses, so that the nominal circulation will be set up; nominal meaning equalization of circulation to remove and carry the rebuilding forces for system and removing the USED forces.

6. (Q) Should the body take any medicinal eliminant? (A) This is better in the exercises, though Pluto water may be taken - small doses of morning - while these changes are being made by the exercise and changing of glasses. Pluto or Honeyida [Hunyadi] water.

7. (Q) Any other suggestions that will be of assistance to this body? (A) Do these for the physical forces.
