Time of Reading 4:00 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. (Physical Suggestion)
1. EC: We have the body here, [341] - this we have had before. In many respects we find the general physical conditions show improvement. In others we find there is a halting, and an UNLIKELY condition existent in the physical forces. These may seem contradictory, but the examination of the conditions and the activities of the mental and physical body indicate these conditions existent.
2. As for those corrections necessary for the eyes, these are on the improve - but the glasses should be changed to meet the needs of the conditions, and there should be the proper precautions taken that there is not too much strain by trying to read in DIM light, or that there is not too much strain in too STRONG a light without a shading for the eyes, or the glasses being such as would protect the vision itself.
3. In the debilitations as exist from improper NOURISHMENTS to the body, these should not be allowed to become as DETRIMENTAL as indicated by the blood count as exists - but rather add TO the system those that will keep at least an even BALANCE; not necessary that weight be put on for same, but don't allow the blood count to become so low - for it is nearly a million too low at present.
4. In the adding, then, to these conditions - we would be mindful that the diet is such that it keeps a dilation to the stomach AND to the digestive system proper. Those foods, then, that are FILLING without adding weight or pressure in the system to the WHITE blood, but that are nerve and blood BUILDING, would be well. Ready for questions.
5. (Q) What type of foods? (A) Fruits, potatoes, beans, lentils, beef, mutton, chicken, fish - such as these. Milk, cheese, and such. Don't eat too many apples!
6. (Q) Are the manipulations being given often enough, twice a week?
341-33 Page 2
(A) Those are very good, and - as has been given - the corrections are being made properly. The PRECAUTIONS should be to alter the glasses, and to be mindful of STRAINING same in too weak a light or too GLARING a light.
7. (Q) Any further advice for the physical improvement? (A) Do that! That's a good job! Do that! We are through with this reading.
