Time of Reading 11:50 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. (Physical Suggestion)
1. EC: We have the body here, [341] - this we have had before. In MANY respects we find the conditions are ON the improve. Some worriments, some uneasiness, that are attempted to be thrown off in the WRONG way, are producing irritations to the general nervous system. In the nervous forces there needs more those of the QUIETING treatments or manipulations, those that rather than centering in SPECIFIC manner would be for those of the axis to the head and neck, those in the centers of the brachial, the solar plexus and the lumbar plexus, as a GENERAL treatment. These taken once a week for three to five weeks should be sufficient.
2. In the matter of the correction for those forces in the eyes and the nerves as come to same, we would have one-half point to one whole point of a WEAKER lens for the eyes. Those of the cylinder of five to seven, these would come in the proper RATIO for the bettered conditions. Do not STRAIN same in too strong a light, or too fine a reading, or of any irritations to same while the system is ADJUSTING itself to their normal reaction; and in the next eighteen months to two years we will be rid of glasses entirely.
3. (Q) Please describe the conditions and trouble with the eyes so that the optician and osteopath may know how to handle this condition. (A) With the osteopath, those treatments to the upper portion as described SHOULD be sufficient, if he knows his business - and he does! [Martyn L. Richardson, D.O.] In those of the optician, MAKE 'em just as we have given it! One-half to one whole point of LESSER PULLING strength, or the cylinder of lens five point to seven point - see?
4. (Q) Has the blood count been restored to normal? (A) Not yet wholly normal. It, the count at present, is minus five hundred thousand.
5. (Q) Any suggestion as to diet? (A) Plenty of exercise in the open, and eat a well BALANCED diet. Do not eat when worried, or over-tired or

over-anxious.
6. (Q) How may the body correctly throw off the worries? [In re his work, job, finances, etc.] (A) This should be a very easy question for the body, when it takes itself well in hand, as to how in whom, and when to put the trust; for these become a mental and SPIRITUAL matter, rather than a physical. Do not leave things to shift for themselves, but rather take then to a centralized point, where the promises as were of old - "As ye believe in me, so shall it be in thee."
7. We are through with this reading.
