1. EC: We have the body here - this we have had before. In some respects we find conditions are very good in the physical forces of the body. Those tendencies for the body to burn the candle, as it were, at both ends, and fight down the resistive forces, must necessarily bring its results in the physical activities of the body, both as to its mental abilities and physical resistance, and as to the physical organisms of the system that are under strain through overtaxing the system in any way and manner.
2. We would use more discretion. We would act in a way that would be in keeping with that that is really DESIRED, for the better physical forces of the body.
3. Keep the system cleansed properly. These, we will find, will aid in bringing about nearer normal forces for the body.
4. More of the manipulations would be well, taken occasionally, once a week or three times a month, until the adjustments are made in the nerve forces of the body as respecting the sensory organism, from those conditions as have existed and have been corrected in the larger part in the cervical and cerebrospinal system.
