Time of Reading 11:55 to 12:00 Noon Eastern Standard Time. ..., Va. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body here; this we have had before, [341].

2. In many respects conditions in the physical forces of the body are kept gradually on the improve. There should be, now, some very definite changes in the segments in the 3rd and 4th DORSAL and in the 3rd and 4th cervical, as well as the 2nd and 1st cervical. These should make for a great improvement as to the eyes. Those in the 3rd and 4th will make a great deal of change as to the assimilations in the digestive system, and - with the proper activities of the body in its breathing, in its normal exercises that it should take morning and evening - will keep a much better balance; overcoming this tendency for halitosis, also that reaction from the 3rd and 4th dorsal, so that the stomach empties much better.

3. The exercises we would have would be the setting-up exercises, for two to three minutes morning and evening; especially a portion of it for two or three turns where the body is feet against the wall and on the hands, and raising and lowering or circling the torso, see?

4. (Q) Should the glasses be changed after the corrections are made? (A) Be necessary for the glasses to be changed; for they will almost not be necessary - should be, within the year, this year, discarded.

5. (Q) What is the cause of the rash on the body under the skin? (A) Poor eliminations. Poor eliminations from the emptying of the stomach itself. Tendency for the circulation to become irritated by the effluvia from the poisons that accumulate by slow circulation especially in the extremities. Hence the exercise and breathing, as indicated, as well as the corrections.

6. (Q) How many of the corrections should be made? (A) Those in the cervical for the eyes would be ten to fifteen; those in the dorsal, as we find, should be changed

in five or six. These about once or twice a week will be better. These are spread out rather than taking so severely and stop off, see?

7. (Q) Any other suggestions at this time? (A) These are for the physical forces in the present.

8. We are through with this reading.
