1. GC: You will have before you [341], present in this room. Considering my induction into the Army and orders to report at Camp Lee on April 9th, you will advise me as to what branch of the Army I should try to enter and just what steps I should take to make this possible. Answer the questions which I will ask.

2. EC: During the first period, of course, these will be problems for the entity.

3. As we have indicated, the Personnel SHOULD be the branch, and this as to assisting in the offices of selection of individuals for the various services and activities should be the branch for the entity to attempt to attain to; through the suggestions, recommendations or letters from any in the VARIED services, even those that may be used from those higher ups as letters of consideration. NOT letters of asking for the individual activities, but letters asking for consideration of the entity's abilities. And we find this may be the closer to the higher ups, if conducted or sought for properly.

4. (Q) I should not consider recreation work, then, under the Special Service Branch? (A) Recreation and personnel, for these will come rather close together.

5. (Q) Would it be advisable to secure recommendations to take with me when appearing for the first steps in induction at Lee, or would these recommendations be more valuable after being assigned to a unit? (A) These should be obtained at ALL periods! and let them be sent rather to those in charge, rather than carrying same self, see? but inform those in EVERY office, whether in the personal recommendations from minister, from town clerk from the Commerce of the town, or from the officers in all branches where the individual entity has officiated in any capacity. But let these be sent - the entity may know what is being sent - but let them be sent to the officer in

charge at the camp where there is the induction, during the three to six weeks of training - or being in reserve, as it were.

6. (Q) They should not be sent, then, to Camp Lee, but to whatever camp I am assigned to? (A) Be sent to Camp Lee, as Lee is being selected FOR service in other camps, and don't stop because you are sent to another camp! Keep on having them sent - from those, and keep on having them sent! And let these even go as far as to Hershey himself, or as to ANY of the Ordinance or personnel departments!

7. (Q) When asked what department I desire work in, is this called Personnel or Special Service Branch? (A) Special Service, but in the personnel and recreation departments. For this may be, if this is continued, see - and in the manner indicated - you may be in the personnel office in Washington if you choose!

8. (Q) Would it be advisable, taking into consideration all conditions, to try and get men at either Pendleton or Story to request that I be stationed there? (A) You want to hinder yourself as to the advancement you may attain, by carrying it through these? If that is the choice, this is very well.

9. (Q) Are there any steps that I may take, or advice that may be given at this time, regarding being considered for officers' training school? (A) This may be a part of the experience. For, if these are continued in the manner indicated, it doesn't matter what branch or where the letters of recommendations are to the officer, or in what department - let these be from all forces and all branches that are to assist - take care of THIS individual entity as to his abilities in these special directions, recreation and personnel, see? and keep these being sent! They may be covered up for months and months, yet there will be the coming to light and they may be in the position to be made advantageous for the entity.

10. (Q) Just what steps should [257] take, or what individuals should he get in touch with, to assist me? as to be of the greatest help? (A) Those in charge of the personnel AND recreation departments, see? But this may go on even up to higher, see - even those in other branches - if they direct, or if they suggest. For, as he may speak to the various ones, there will be notice taken - owing to the general circumstance existing at this present time.

11. (Q) Is there any justification for my strong feeling that in the Army it may be possible for me to find the

entity, Peter, who has been indicated through the Readings as the entity capable of meaning much to the work of Edgar Cayce? [See 137-123, Par. 17-A--20-A on 7/28/29.] (A) This is possible, may be probable. Keep this in mind. For, many have entertained angels unawares.

12. (Q) Is there any effort I should make to bring this about, and any way of positive identification? (A) By the intuitive forces within; not by merely the sensing - for they are very meagre manifestations, but by the activities and the close contact, or close FEELINGS of associations. [10/47 GD's note: Mr. [341] told me he thought that Peter might have gotten killed in World War II.] [9/15/79 JT's note: I was present when Mr. [341] was asked in Study Group (Group #1) if he felt he had ever met Peter. Mr. [341] told the group he never felt he had met Peter and stated again that he felt Peter had been killed in World War II.]

13. (Q) Any other suggestions or advice for the entity at this time? (A) GET ALL recommendations that you may, whether it's from one of your younger Boy Scouts or the one in care of the President himself!
