This psychic reading given by Edgar Cayce at his office, 115 West 35th Street, Virginia Beach, Va., this 11th day of May, 1928, in accordance with request made by self - Mr. [348].

1. GC: You will answer the questions which I will ask you regarding this body.

2. EC: Yes, we have the body here - this we have had before. The general physical conditions show improvement. While there apparently are still conditions that are not responding, the conditions PRODUCING these troubles in the body are being corrected, and there will be found - with the continuation of the treatments as have been outlined - the gradual improvement will come about. Ready for questions.

3. (Q) Has the Doctor followed instructions correctly? (A) In as far as has been done, has been done correctly. There is a difference between the adjustments with vibrations and that of osteopathic manipulations over the general system. While the adjustments will relieve the conditions, so that the nerve and blood supply will have correct incentive through the system, there is a variation between manipulations and adjustments.

4. (Q) Is it advisable to do anything to correct the looseness in the bowels? (A) As has been given, this should not be corrected too fast, but rather allow the corrections as are made by the incentives of the nerve energy from the various plexus, correct the condition. As that as causing those existent conditions in the pyloric and in the cardiac portion of stomach proper is corrected - as these are corrected, then the gradual normalcy should be brought about with the eliminations. One should be the outcome of the other, see?

5. (Q) Is it alright to eat chicken? and what other fruits, if any, may be eaten? (A) No apples. No bananas. Orange, grapefruit, plums, pears especially, are good for the body. Pineapple - such fruits, see? Chicken - properly prepared - very good, especially the meat is good - but do not have grease with same, or too much grease; that is, boiled or smothered, or such preparations, rather than fried.

6. (Q) Please go over diet carefully and see if there is

anything being taken in the body that should not be - or anything left out that would be well for the body? (A) Follow those instructions as have been given, and as the corrections are made for the incentive functioning of the various portions in the system - these should be governed by the one making corrections, toward diet. Use discretion along with it, see?

7. (Q) Can you suggest anything that might be done that would prevent the body losing weight and gain vitality? (A) Put on more of the iron and vitamin producing properties for system, and correcting the incentive of retaining those properties assimilated; for we are finding the condition in stomach proper greatly subsiding, see?

8. (Q) Is the Radium Pad showing satisfactory results? (A) This can be seen from the condition existing. Yes.
