1. EC: We have the body here - this we have had before. Now, we find a condition here at this time which easily, thoroughly, demonstrates that more may be broken down in even one meal than may be built up in a great many; and while the conditions have become exaggerated again, and while the condition in the stomach - as has been - has been greatly improved from that first produced, when there was the inadvised conditions taken in the system. The body needs much of the same conditions that have been given for same, for the PRESENT; for there must be the proper basis upon which to build. Let the water that is taken carry (that is, the greater quantity of it) some elm, and the condition will show a great deal of change. Most of the water, then, should carry elm or Yellow Saffron, see? with the manipulations, [osteopathically] with the diets as have been outlined. Then, when this has been taken for ten to fifteen days, then we would change for this body. Beware of stimulants that would cause irritation either to the cardiac or pyloric end of stomach. Inflammation has been produced in both; not so much in the upper portion as the lower, yet both are in sympathy - but bettered from that as has been.
2. Do that, however, for ten to fifteen days - then we would give the changes necessary. Ready for questions.
3. (Q) Is the body still getting benefits from wearing the belt? [XX Radium Appliance belt or pad] (A) This needs to really be recharged. Some benefits are derived. It is not sufficient in its radiation. Better that it be recharged.
4. (Q) Is the beef compound the body is taking helping him, or what would be more beneficial? (A) Better that the beef be of the juices as would be made from fresh meat, [GD's note: Directions for making pure beef juice were sent with rdg., 348-4, as often described in detail through the rdgs. See 1343-2.] than compound -

especially for the next fifteen days.
5. (Q) What will help the body put on weight? (A) We will give these when we get the system in condition where it may be able to take care of the weight! We are through with this reading.
